I am so grateful to have a local postal annex right down my street. Miriam and her mother runs the business center, they are very kind and answer any questions I have. So far I have returned packages, print out documents, and print out shipping labels at this business, however they offer many more services like notary, shipping packages etc. They also have section with office supplies and snacks/drinks you can buy for a good price. Love the convenience that is in the same plaza as wing stop/subway if I need to grab something to eat and food4less if I need to grocery shop. Very nice

The poster addicts over there in the shopping center next to food 4 less that's the best place to go drop off your post your packages so UPS, Amazon,FedEx and few other places that send mail order packages.

Criminals! Charged me $5 to pick up my package from Amazon that was delivered here! Ridiculous the lady made me feel horrible! Pay the money or get no product! I called Amazon and reported them. I got no service but bad service. What a shame. You need $5 so bad and the box was right there in front of her face with my name on it. I hope that you are very successful with your business as if ants were crawling on honey.

My first experience here was awesome! I called in advance and asked if they have any stamp's for purchase and the lady asked how many I needed. When I came in, purchased the stamps , she helped put 20 stamps on my holiday cards and mailed it for me.

4/12/22 UPDATE:TERRIBLE!!!I left an honest review on Saturday, 4/9/22 about their "service."My UPS package is completely unaccounted for as of today, Tuesday, 4/12/22 at 7:20PM.They claim to have given the package to a UPS driver yesterday.I have shipped hundreds of packages because I sell online on different markets and never had the issue I am currently having with a package suddenly missing. No UPS scan at their store (because they apparently couldn't with my QR Code), then no scan from the UPS driver, and no scan from a UPS facility.There is a reason for an electronic paper trail.A UPS customer support supervisor stepped in and called their store today asking about this package.I spoke with two people there, mostly "Miriam" the "manager" who was very unprofessional. She knew I was (rightfully) upset about how this situation was being handled. She had the nerve to accuse me of "attacking" her over the phone this morning. Really?!Miriam said the issue with outgoing packages not being scanned by UPS happens sometimes. Well, if that's the case, you're taking a chance leaving your UPS packages here for pick up.The lady who took my package on Saturday called today after my last conversation with Miriam and said the UPS driver printed another label after the store printed a label from my Mercari QR Code.There should still be a scan!After my review on Saturday, of course they get a 5-star review from... somewhere, from somebody who apparently has never left a Google review before. Again, really?!I'm not a fan of using USPS but they make QR Code scanning very simple. Only one shipping label is printed from a Mercari QR Code. They scan, I leave, and there is an electronic trail.A simple transaction is turning into a days long headache, and my customer is asking about the package's whereabouts.Also note, this store had a customer waiting outside at 9 a.m. today because the store wasn't open yet.Highly unprofessional, and now I may have to start an investigation with UPS, a complaint with Postal Annex HQ, and probably a claim depending on the situation with the package.They clearly need fake reviews.This was probably my first visit to a Postal Annex, and it will be my last.4/9/22 REVIEW below (unedited)They couldn’t scan a QR Code for UPS. It’s 2022. I had to text a picture of the code to the lady behind the counter after unsuccessfully emailing them twice to the *correct* email address. I ship a lot of packages and this was my first visit here. I’m glad someone thinks they’re “super friendly” though because that’s definitely not the vibe I got. Hopefully the shipment goes out on time.

It was my first time going there. The person at the counter was helpful. I was able to get my documents notarized with no problems. I also took a bag home so I can store my documents. Amazing service!

Market Creek Plaza on Euclid Ave. Close to my house. First time here. Plenty of parking in front. Easy to find. Been open about a month. Came in today to do some postal business. Outstanding customer service. All went smooth. This location provides lots of great services. I highly recommend Postal Annex.
