Customer for 2+ years. Always a pleasant experience and great customer service.Another reviewer incorrectly stated this location is an Amazon drop off location which is it not (like UPS or Kohls). They can accept your Amazon return if it is already packaged with a pre-printed UPS, USPS or FEDEX label.

The worst staff ever I went in to print out a paper and to get something notarized staff new nothing about what I should do the girl just sat there eating her food and complaining about her meal they new nothing about their job bad customer service will never go there again ?

This location and all staff members are always extremely polite and helpful with excellent customer service each and every time and always smile and are delightful in serving customers with anything in need. I would easily recommend this franchise of Postal Annex as the 2-person crew assisted me with sending Certified Return Requested Letters to various tax agencies. They kindly explained & walked me through the process and assisted me with properly addressing the envelopes.

I've been to this place before and the girl that helped me was ok. Came today waited inline just to be told they can't help me with my amazon drop off. Seems like he didn't want to work. Crazy thing is last time I did the exact same thing. And there is a sign in there that says they accept amazon. Also someone behind me asked for a notary but he said they don't do that. But last time I was there person in front of me got a notary done. Think this guy's ready to go home for the day.

Quick and friendly service. That's what I received at this Postal Annex during my recent visit. All within less than a minute of arriving, I was able to take care of what I needed to. I had dropped off my package for shipping and was in and out with my receipt in hand in no time. It's a great one-stop business services convenience store where you can get more of your to-do's done in one place.

From the first visit, I have been astonished at the service. I signed up for new mailbox, was given all the information needed for the address change. On the third trip in,to send a FedEx letter, I was asked if I wanted to pick-up my mail. I said I didn't have expected, but the ladies told me I had an envelope, and even remembered my box number. I AM IMPRESSED!!!
