I am not impressed by this location. I had a mailbox rented there for 6 months and I received a package over a month ago and wasn't able to go pick it up until recently. When I went to go pick it up I had a slip in the box saying my mailbox had expired 2 days earlier and I needed to pay to renew another 6 months. I did not have the money to pay for 6 months and they refused to give me my package until I pay to renew. So I asked what if I don't want to renew what happens to my package? The package arrived when the mailbox was still current. They told me that I would have to pay the renewal fee plus a late fee just to pick up my package even if I didn't want to keep the box or they were just returned my package that I paid shipping for. So basically they are hijacking my package and forcing me to pay $70 just to get my package whether or not I want to keep the mailbox. Ridiculous!
