Went for Passport photo. They use old point-and-shoot that looks like 10+ years ago. The lady who took photo had no clue how to use it and the younger lady had an attitude. I asked for a retake because dark spots on face and didn't work and the other lady got attitude.
Fast forward 3-months after new Passport and overseas trip . . . I have to get new Passport because of dark spots, I got questioned in 2 different countries about dark picture and they suggested new Passport.
I went to UPS Store in Rancho Bernardo. They have nice SLR with a flash and my picture was very well light and no dark spots. The young gentleman who helped me was very nice and took second picture without me asking and let me choose, which was nice alternative from Postal Annex. The pictures came out so nice and clear, bright that I purchased a second set for my International Driver License on upcoming trip.

Renewed passport here on 6/5. Showed up with the passport application and check already filled out; had them take my photos and mail everything off. Deb was super efficient, the whole process took less than 5 minutes! Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience here! I needed a notary and everything was done perfectly. Payton is great! She is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Many services are done here, it's a great place.

After trying to find a place to notarize a single piece of paper for me (UPS, Bank of America, Senior Center, FedEx) this was the only place that had one on site. He was available right then and there to act as a notary and was extremely efficient. Thank you!

Worst service ever. Everytime I come here because I have to do shipments for work they're super rude.I asked if I could get a receipt and it was like it was the end of the world.Lots of aggressive sighing and getting mad at the scanner. It was very uncomfortable.My coworkers have had similar experiences.

I wish I could give them negative stars because of how horrible this place is. The clerk was reading a book and acted as if I was a HUGE burden. She was extremely rude, short with me and obnoxiously annoyed that I was... even in her presence? I'll never go back.

The folks here at this Postal Annex have been nothing more than phenomenal. I bring all of my postal needs here, the post office is a mile and a half before this store and I choose the Postal Annex for all of my shipping needs. Well I am getting ready to go there today I have letters to mail. Thanks Postal Annex for all that you do!

Been to Postal Annex's before, but this one stands out! Went to get something notarized and they informed me they don't notarize wills! So the employee informed me that it's witness only from what he has heard. So he explained what to do, and we had two witness's and got it done! Was very helpful! Nice location not too busy!
