The owner/manager was discourteous and I couldn't believe that I was charged an additional $2.00 service fee for printing 5 black & white copies. Also, I bought 2 greeting cards that clearly were priced $1.99 each and he charged me $3.99 each.
BUT, his sweet young female blonde employee named Shelbie was the plus. Fantastic personality, polite, helpful and she can run the whole business

The best postal office I’ve ever been to. I was in a rush to send something to a family member before they leave for a flight, and being an inexperienced person about these kind of stuff, Shelbie came in the rescue and helped me every step of the way. Very friendly and even went out of her way to help me with making sure my package is well wrapped up. She also informed me of the best price option for my package and was able to find me a good deal. Overall, a very good experience. :)
