Claudia is the best! She knows the Passport business. I have a 12 year old adopted daughter and we live in Mexico and had special needs. All business and sweet as can be. She is like an air traffic controller. She makes it easy and fund! We went in just for the photo and she took over from there. Go Claudia!

GREAT JOB AND WONDERFUL STAFF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have had to make innumerable trips to this postal annex to fax and scan and email dozens of documents for a mortgage application. and did live scanA lot of those were during their peak holiday season a couple of days before x mas up to several trips on x mas eve.The whole crew were cheerful and efficient despite the fact that there was a line out the door and I'm sure that they are not going to retireUntil I can figure out how to use my home fax machine, and if I need anything postal related done I will do all my business with the postal annex crew on Saturn. I whole-heartedly recommend these guys without reservation!thank you guys for all your hard work

I love this place already first time here today great staff very knowledgeable they do everything there I came here to do my live scan here today the lady was very nice and explained every step to me and we got it done was very nice Definitely recommend coming here do do you shipping printing live scan etc amazing thank you to every staff

This is amazing love coming here staff is very kind they made my day I shipped a package out the have every shipping option you can think I also came down here with my friend he got his finger prints done they are very knowledgeable in everything there they do Amazon returns, notary, shipping, finger prints printing, and copies great pricing as well I love supports local amazing business this is definitely my top place to go to very efficient thank you postal annex :-)

This place has great customer service everyone there is super nice and helpful. Pricing is amazing. This is the place to go if you want your stuff shipped packed notarized or fingerprints. I got everything done in one day top-of-the-line service love this place they get their stuff done fast definitely a five star Office and place that I’ve been to in a while

I went in on a severely rainy day. Even though it was cold wet and depressing outside the staff inside were more than friendly and helpful. I have been to other locations where the staff just looks at you and ask what you want/need. Every member in this location seemed to help me all while helping each other and other customers. It was the fastest I have ever been in and out all while receiving service with a smile. I will make this my number one location from now on no matter how far away I am.

Had something shipped here. Didn't know that I needed a Box here to have it shipped and held here. Guy behind the counter with an attitude "why did you have it shipped here".I guess this will be the last time I'm here. I'll make sure friends don't use this place.Skip this place.

This is for the live scan service: TERRIBLE, SKIP THIS PLACE!!!!!!!If you are looking to get a live scan please skip this place. The clerk that is doing the live scan has no idea what she is doing. I clearly stated I needed a live scan for Immigration/Visa purposes, and she sent the wrong form with the incorrect information. I have previously done this procedure at two different live scan locations and they know exactly what I need when I state that the live scan is for a VISA application.After emailing the DOJ, I returned to this place to speak to the clerk. She was not only unable to admit her mistake, she was irrational and disrespectful. She started getting agitated and screaming rudely when I calmly pointed out her mistake. To make matters worse, she had me speak on her phone to her brother who I suppose was his supervisor, as I was stating my claim she disrespectfully took the phone away from me and started to speak a foreign language. I found this to be very disrespectful and ABUSIVE. She kept repeating that I needed to pay ($57) again, as she kept expressing herself in a language I did not understand. I had to turn around and take my business elsewhere, as I realized I could never come to an understanding with someone that was so rude, flustered and illogical, especially when I was trying to resolve the issue in a calm manner.Upon writing this review, I’ve found other reviews which express her rudeness and incompetence. If you are going to provide a service, first and foremost be respectful to your clients and secondly make sure you know what you are doing.Please save yourself some time, there are many other places that specialize in live scanning and have way better customer service. This clerk has no respect for customers as her ego is more important.
