Not a good place to try to obtain a PO box there are many cheaper options one being usps
I went here and tried to open a PO box the cheapest option is $90 for 3 months I asked the old brunette lady are most places this price? And she excitedly lied to my face and said yeah. Just not for the people. Really scummy. Bad vibes.

I have my expensive delivery packages held here instead of delivered to my condo since packages are occasionally stolen. I've never had any problems with them and they ship ground outgoing packages (not express or next day) at competitive rates.

WHY are these people here! Why are they taking valuable space that a business with ethics and morals could occupy? They charge you drop off fees when you’ve already paid for shipping and they won’t let you use your card unless you buy something else. Shady shady

I poked my head in here a week ago thinking I would pick up one valentines day card. I ended up doing a ton of gift shopping I needed to do all in this one shop! I found cards, fun socks, a couple of little games and lotions that I could use for 5 different gifts. The service was great! Later, I had to do a return and that went very smoothly. I'll be back!

Do you enjoy being treated like complete crap as a paying customer? These people would rather be doing literally anything else in the world besides helping you. You coming in the front door of this business is the worst thing to happen to them that day. Then you get to pay out the nose for the pleasure. Just avoid them. At least at the actual post office you pay less for crappy service.

LOVE this place. I moved to Hillcrest recently and started a small business. Not only have they been helpful as can be but Erica who works there saved me $150 on a international package that FedEx Office and UPS both told me $400. Erica saved me a ton of money and I can't thank them enough. Great team and great place!
