Worst experience, no customer service. I requested 3 copies, 2 pages each. When I used their stampler it did not staple fully and damaged the page upon being removed. I asked for new copies but was told I would be charged for both sets of copies

They quoted me 188 to ship a dress. I went to Fed Ex directly and it costs 19. I wouldn’t go here for shipping.

Refuse to give drop off receipts for USPS items don’t bother wasting your time if you are a small business seller.

I had a great experience at Postal Annex+ thanks to their employee Linda. She was so easy to work with and so personable. Her professionalism was above par and she knew her ins and outs of a notarized document.I was there to do notary service for a job application but while there, I found out that I could do multiple services that I needed including fingerprinting (ink) and passport photos. It was like an all-in-one shop. Now if only they did Pre-Employment Drug testing! LOL

I have been a loyal customer to this business since 2007. I have found the most recent female manager to be rude and confrontational. I have lived overseas for the past 14 years. She tried to argue with me that my California ID with the establishment’s address would not be acceptable for the post office even though it clearly states on the postal form that state issued I.D.’s are acceptable. She tried to tell me that I needed an ID from the country I was living in. Anyone who has lived overseas knows for a fact that you are not always issued an ID from that country but only a visa. Another nice point was when I told her I would not be renewing my postal box she seemed to not care at all despite the fact that I was one of the business’s oldest clients. Do not waste your time or money here. Go to a business that values you as a customer!

I’ve been using their mailbox services for nearly a decade now and will continue to do so. I’ve interacted mostly with Bosco and Linda, and they are both great. I highly recommend this store.

Been going here for years and only have positive things to say. Linda has been extremely helpful and goes above and beyond with customer service and is very nice to customers. The rest of the staff has been really helpful too.Highly recommended for their services! ?

I've been a customer at this location for over 10 years. Store is bright, cheerful and helpful staff, especially Linda. This is one of three locations owned by franchisee, so they are entrenched in the franchise and do things the right way. My go-to location in Mission Valley.
