New owners decided to add a surcharge for more than 20 packages a month.
20 packages is VERY easy to reach if you use Amazon and is ridiculous as you are already paying for mail delivery.
Checked in the area and found that ALL of the four other mailbox services within a few blocks had UNLIMITED packages at no extra charge.
Moved my business elsewhere.

I had a PO Box at this location for years when the new owners bought it, they jacked the rates and I stopped using them. Somehow, the old address was in my Venmo account a package was accidentally sent there. I was unable to cancel the shipment of that package. I called them and was thrilled that they said it was OK and they would take down my information. But then when I went to pick up the package, they charged me $5 for the pleasure. Honestly, I wouldn't care about the $5 if they just would have told me when I called. I went from being very impressed to feeling like I was being scammed. Beware this place will overcharge you for postage and nickel and dime for every thing they do.

I was just at this location. And from the moment I walked in I was greeted by a beautiful lady that helped me. Then another beautiful lady helped me to switch my Amazon drop off to there store. So I didn't have to go anywhere else! They saved me time. Which is money. And they were the sweetest two ladies ever!!! If you live near Shelter Island and you need a postal annex... Come here!!!

Dropped off some amazon returns March 2nd and was told I couldn't get a receipt (which should have been the first red flag). I have not heard anything back about how my returns are being processed. Lost out on one return already because it was supposed to go back by March 7th (today) and there's no mention of my package being sent back or amazon receiving it. Will not use this postal annex again.

My business requires daily shipping. I refuse to go to anyone else. This location is THE best shipping service in San Diego. Best customer care and best owners. I have tried multiple different companies & locations; nothing compares. Their quality care helps my business succeed. Grateful for all of the people there.

This is the only place I trust to handle my postal needs! They handle EVERYTHING including standard mail, amazon returns, passport docs, as well as notary needs. They even have a mini business center to print or make copies! With multiple locations around San Diego, Tyler and Julia Willson make it very convenient to handle any and all things postal!! Thank you guys for always taking care of my family and I. We really appreciate it!

I use this postal annex for everything logistics that I can. I have my mailbox service here as well and they are fantastic! I even get notifications when important items are delivered. The operating hours make it so convenient for personal and business matters. I shopped around multiple other comparable businesses and couldn't find a better price. With all of the theft on my mail at home I decided this was the move and I am so glad I did. I never have to worry about my mail or deliveries being stolen! This is a great place, go give them a shot!

Stopped by this location to renew a passport. Staff was friendly and helped me navigate the process. Highly recommend this store if you need passport renewal or printing/ mailing help.
