Super easy for USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have 15 minute parking in front of the store, which is really nice too.

If you need a business mailbox, these guys are amazing. I live in two other places and this store does an excellent job of forwarding my mail on a regular basis. If something arrives that's out of the ordinary, they always email to let me know what it is (like a large package) to see if I want it forwarded as well. Their personal touch goes WAY above and beyond. I used to have to rent PMB's all over the country for another company I worked for, and I never got this kind of service from other postal centers. These owners really understand what's truly important when you run a business!

I’ve had my mailbox at this Postal Annex location in Hillcrest for close to ten years in total. Love the service, Liz the manager is fabulous, she is the main reason I’ve kept my mailbox at this location even though I live in Chula Vista. Liz has always been extremely helpful and I’ve always appreciated her dedication and plan on doing business with this location for a long time. Please give Liz some kudos and a pay raise, she deserves it and she provides great service that other locations do not, thank you

I came in to ship out a package for my family and the staff was very helpful. They were welcoming and answered all of my questions since I had many because I had never shipped anything out before. I appreciate the amazing customer service and shout out to Stephanie who was the young lady who helped me out.

I needed to a letter via USPS certified. I was across the street from the post office but I figured I may as well do it at the Postal Annex because I was buying the envelope there. Postal Annex was going to charge me $18 to send a letter via USPS First Class Certified. I said forget it and walked across the street to the post office. They charged only 5.65. Postal Annex was more than 3x the price. This is absolutely absurd.

The 2 women working today were very sweet and helpful. I came from the DMV because I had to reprint documents. They were calm and supportive and even told me that the screenshots I had probably wouldn’t be accepted and helped me to make sure my documents looked good so I wouldn’t have to come back. They prefer cash for under $5 transactions FYI. They also cut keys and have packing stuff. A very helpful place!

Best postal annex around. The owners and staff are great. The bad reviews are a bunch of BS from ignorant consumers. I wish I could petition yelp to remove them. Thanks for all you guys do!
