Just dropped off mail and was waiting to ask a question but the clerk there was chatting with someone. She saw me, there was no one else but me and them. I thought the other lady was a customer so I waited, then some guy walks in and goes straight to Erica and she starts helping him out. She saw me in line, and still completely ignored me. Thanks Erica for completely ignoring me. Hope the gossip was juicy!

I went in to renew my passport and had a wonderful experience. Renafa was amazing and so willing to help. She was very welcoming and had a smile on her face the entire time. Will absolutley be revisitng this Postal Annex!

They overcharge - by a lot. The first time it happened I thought it was a fluke. However yesterday they wanted to charge me DOUBLE the cost of a USPS Flat Rate envelope as well as for a signature, even though the item was going to a PO Box with no human available to sign.

This location is the best one around downtown area. The new owner, Karl has excellent customer service. He was very attentive, helpful and friendly to each customer who walked in. I did a live scan as well as a passport photo an hour before closing time without any appointment. Even though it was busy, there was no waiting at all. I recommend this place!

Karl and Katie are the new owners and they were able to help me get 5 different items shipped to various locations via FedEx, UPS, and USPS in the past two weeks! They were patient and very helpful with figuring out the best and more affordable way for me to ship things. Definitely recommend !

This place is legit! The staff was friendly and helped me ship some Christmas gifts in Pittsburgh. Never going to the post office again based on convenience alone.
