Waste of time. So slow, inefficient, only 1 staff member ever, no express drop off options. Just go to UPS, FedEx or USPS locations nearby.

Very good, nice staff, easy in and out location. Best to avoid 5-6 pm. Prices are what you'd expect for packing and shipping.

I was absolutely over charged here. The woman helping me was so distracted and was more concerned with telling me a story about what she was reading and therefore not focused on what I actually was there to do. She was cursing while telling me the story, it was all so inappropriate. She kept spelling things wrong and messing up the information I was telling her. Not only that, I was charged $40 to send an extremely light weight package and certified mail across the country. I go to a great postal annex in Clairemont and send stuff across the country ALL the time and have never paid this much! When I said something she completely blew me off and said, sorry, you’ll get an email with the pricing and shrugged her shoulders. Apparently not interested in engaging in conversation now at this point? Not only that, I didn’t even receive the email which I am assuming is because she typed it wrong bc she was so distracted. I believe I saw her type $14 for a box I purchased when it clearly said it was $4. Total rip off, horrible experience. Would never ever return to this postal annex.

Great service! 2.50$ for an international envelope. The lady was so nice! Place in general is great, lots of things to buy for your card.

Zero star. Worst customer service ever. Very rude and arrogant woman at the counter. Please either provide her with the necessary technical and human service training or hire someone who is more competent.

Wish there was something less than 1 star. Extremely rude customer service. The lady at the register has always been very unpleasant to the customers. Everyone I know around has the same say. The staff definitely needs more training and needs to learn basic people skills.

This is the slowest PostalAnnex I’ve been to. They are always having internet problems and phone issues that slows down the line and prevents using a card to pay. They are chronically understaffed, don’t train them properly, and the older lady was very dismissive and uncaring when I had questions. The only reason I keep going back is it’s in walking distance from work!

Cecilia is very rude. Had already paid for the shipping cost and wanted to explain to her and show her the receipt but she said to get my own mailbox or ship the package to my house instead and to get out because she was closing the store.Her attitude came out of nowhere. I got the 18 minutes before closing time and she was just upset. I had my daughter with me and was never rude to her I don't understand why she was so dismissive and rude. No costumer service experience at all. My last visit June 17 I believe all she did was complain about the lady owner while been on the phone so I'm not surprised this visit went bad.

I’m paying much more than what I should be paying if I am going to a postal office and they told me that’s the only option they have. $17.72 for flat rate envelope. Learnt my lesson. I guess I paid for convenience.
