I've been doing bussines at this location for the past 6 years already but ever since this lady Vivian came to work here it's been a nightmare. She just doesn't like dealing with people at all and that look like she's doing you a favor every time you ask for your packages. She either forget to take her medication or she run out of it years ago.. I'm about to take my bussines somewhere else...

I’ve been a PostalAnnex member for over 19 years been at this specific location for about 8 years the supervisor, extremely informative very nice. I had a situation today with Joslyn around 5:45pm this person was extremely rude, rolled her eyes basically called me a liar by saying I supposedly did something. I would not recommend doing business with this young lady. Her customer service definitely needs some redirection, especially going into the Christmas season soon you will be getting very busy I hope you get training, this situation was so unfortunate over a $5.95 charge.

They like to steal. And charge 50 bucks for a gift I send to my sister only because it was in my name I bought of course it’s going to be in my name but y would you charge 50 DL just because it’s not her name you like to steal abuse your customers what shame

Terrible Service! I dropped of a package on 07/06/2022 going to France via DHL - I checked the tracking number 3 days after and it was still not picked up by DHL I called the place and the lady (who has been there the longest) says "They have not come to pick it up" - I explained to her that Postal Annex is supposed to Call DHL to make sure they come, not just leave it somewhere until the DHL driver comes by. She arrogantly denied that was the procedure. I then told her that I was going to pick up the package and take it elsewhere, she said "sure." I think there has been a "personality conflict" since she started working there even though I had been a client for more than 15 years. Because, every year, she put my annual renewal notice one or two weeks before its due with a "late fee." She always removes it after I complained. Freakn Tijuana people act like they own the place. Then there is missing mail, that I did not get, that cost me to lose a zero % interest for being late. Plus the charge you for everything that does not fit in your mail box, other Mail Stores do not do that.

I do not recommend this place as printing is concerned considering miscalculations on my part and fixing them continuously. One female assisted me in charging me for purchasing a bundle of tape, an expanding file carrier and exactly 92 prints. Since I miscalculated the charge for the prints, as double sided charges 45 cents and one sided charges 35 cents, there was an overcharge and what I did is return to be paid back what I was owed. Another female then assisted me when I had returned, and she counted all the prints by hand with the help of the female who had helped me the first time. They counted 92 prints. But the second female who had taken charge of the situation was misreading the printer, disbelieved that my original print total was 92 and she decided not to pay me back what I was owed. So I walked away. Note, they even charge a print service fee of over 3 dollars. This American business experience as a customer was one of the worst if not the worst experience. And I even had offered the first female a two page print of an article as a gift though she refused to accept it.

Valerie, the manager, was extremely helpful! I had to send her an email with application documents for our new hire. Our new hire was able to come in and pick up the documents, get them completed and brought back to scan and email back to me. That saved my company so much time and expense!! KUDOS to Valerie and her team!!
