I called asking if they take passport pictures , they said yes !! When I got there with my newborn and toddler he said we don’t take pictures for kids ! Only adults! After I drive there and get out of the car with 2kids! They could told me that over the phone !Like only adults need passport!!

I came here a few weeks ago with some questions about mailing my passport renewal forms. Omar was helpful and knowledgeable so I returned today with all the paperwork completed (I thought) in hand, unsure of what envelope I should use. Omar noticed that I hadn't signed and dated the form, or stapled my photo--both things that would have delayed renewal for many extra weeks. So he helped me out again, all while assisting others with mailing, notarizing, packaging, so on.This Postal Annex store is not the closest franchise to our home but I would happily return here as I'm confident that I'll get correct information for any mailing needs. The excellent and professional assistance is worth the drive.

Six dollars for two copies of a résumé on regular plain old paper when asked to make it on one sheet the man at the counter refused and said that he does not mess with that I was already charged a six dollars and I didn't get what I want or was able to get it fixed terrible customer service Flat out rude

This guy took a passport photo and didn’t ask was country it was for. He wouldn’t retake it and refused to refund it. Worst service ever.

Came in first thing on a Monday and was the only customer in the store when I said I needed something printed. No special paper was indicated, only that I needed front side only and in color. I was quoted $2.50 per page for color and $1.50 per page in black & white. I found this odd since I recently had the same packet printed in b&w at a different location for under $6, and told him so, to which he agreed to only charge $2/page. I reluctantly agreed due to an upcoming meeting, paid, but made sure I got a receipt. When I was able to return around 30 min later, I asked the same gentleman, Omar, to provide me a published price list of their printing services. He said, "I already told you what the price was" and refused to provide a documented, standard price list for printing services at that location. I told him that if he cannot provide this, then I want a refund. I called 3 other locations that had pricing between $10-13 for the same service that I was charged *$36* for at this location. He even had the audacity to grab for my printed documents and the nerve to say that I shouldn't have paid for them then. No, sir, YOU should not be engaging in PREDATORY PRICING. It is illegal and NO ONE should feel as though they have to dig for the real price! Absolute trash!
