I hate going to USPS most of the time so when I found Postal Connections, I was not expecting such good service here! They are knowledgable, patient and treat me with respect. They also compare prices among different carriers to help me save money. I am glad Postal Connections exists!!!

I’ve used a couple different companies before postal connections & they’re by far the best & cheapest. Plus their addresses look like real addresses. My previous addresses did not. An example is “street address, suite 1143 #222, state, zip code”. With postal connection I’m able to pass off the address as my real home address which came in handy while seeking employment in a state I don’t live in just yet.

We have used Postal Connections twice in the last year. Both times, we shipped a piece of art that was irreplicable and literally one of a kind. They went above and beyond with finding the appropriate boxes, packing materials and packed both of them with such care that both arrived safely and in perfect condition. Thank you so much for taking the time to ensure such quality and customer service. You have a customer for life.

Less than 1 star! Requested mail to be forwarded waited over 30 days still no mail. Called ......george hung up on me. The manager tom said he would expedite mail at o charge and refund monthly fee. I got charged over $40 for both!! Called again...george is now manager and says he doesnt think i will be refunded! And im waiting mail to be forwarded from a request two weeks ago!! Supposed to be forwarded within 24 hours!!!! This establishment was great under previous owner but has gone down hill since new ownership!

05-Aug-2023 The folks at Postal Connections deserve a great review! We have shipped from Postal Connections probably about 15 times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. We recently had a large last-minute shipment (11 huge and heavy boxes) that had to be delivered asap and they got our boxes to their final destination, which was Indianapolis, Indiana right on time (3 days). We love that there is never a line, they are very organized and fast. They also have a lot of the supplies you may need that is not available at the post office. We support small businesses, so if you can stop in and ship your packages from Postal Connections , please stop by and give them a try. Thanks, Ashley & Lindsey Head

Great neighborhood spot, been there several times and they always got things done efficiently. They kindly rush-printed a single page I needed for DMV appointment, saving me a bunch of time (and not making me buy another item to round up the cost, or anything like that). Thanks y'all!

This place came through in a pinch. I needed to use the computer rental services and the staff was so helpful. I was able to get done what I needed to get done working off my thumb drive. The FedEx Store near me couldn't offer a working external usb port. I highly recommend this shop.

Probably my review will not surprise anybody who lives locally but still . . . This is the best Postal Services location I have been to in my entire life. Staff here is incredible. Super knowledgeable, courteous and helpful group of people which always provides 5 star service. Any other related or non-related mailing industry businesses should take example from these guys.
