The food is really good, they just need help serving the food, or a better system of giving the food out. There's two lines, one to order and one for online pickup orders. I ordered and paid online and went to the restaurant to pick up, boths lines are long the worker is paying more attention to taking orders instead of giving out the food that's been sitting in the warmer for a long time the person in front of me had already been standing there waiting for them to hand him his food for almost 30 min, two people waiting in line behind me decides to cut the line to pick up there order even though we are first in line and also waiting for our order. When I finally said something one of my orders was ready and was sitting there before I got there, and my second order wasn't even made...why is that when both orders where made at the same time smh. Please get hep at the counter, or a better system of taking orders and handing out online orders.Parking: Always packed and hard to find parking

Wellllllll let’s talk about the the utter lack of service. I walk in and stand at the counter. Numerous families were waiting for their orders. You have two young workers talking with each other woundering around the front area. I am still standing and watching with NO acknowledgment. Finally I guess “JESUS” was tired of me waiting there. So with the speed of a sloth. Jesus comes to a register and just stands there. I look at him, he is looking at me. I smile …. Got nothing ! No “hello” No “how can I help you “ just a blank stare. Finally I say “ are you able to help me” and still in “mute” shakes his head yes. I say “thank you” and “ hello, how are you?” Seriously AGAIN NOT A WORD!!! ( you can’t make this stuff up).Finally I place my order as well as pick one up. He puts my order on the counter with a attitude then walks away. I’m still waiting for my online order. A few min goes buy he is still ignoring the front counter. I asked another young lady how long the order would take. She let me know it was next. Again the ray of sunshine JESUS puts the food and drink cup in the counter. I fill up the drink aaaand why not keep the excitement going ! There are no tops for the drinks. So I ask JESUS ( I have no other human options ) “ oh you guys are out of tops”. JESUS proceeds to point to a sleeve of tops between some boxes on the counter he has noooooooo intention on handing it to me. He just points and says “ there is tops right there. So I asked if he wanted me to put them over in the soda area for other customers. Again JESUS turns and walks away. He proceeds to go to his go worker and is whispering about “that lady”. Guys I think JESUS was not pleased with my presence today. I meeean apparently it just toooooo hard to show ANY LEVEL of. What happen to customer service training. I mean first day should be “greet your customer with at least a hello” A blank stare reeeeealllly isn’t quiet the same. Management you need to hire and INVEST IN TRAINING the best people. Not just a body to fill the open slots. Hopefully if you do visit this location you DON’T have to experience the the Ray of Sunshine’s Jesus.

If you take a look at the pictures you see with this review you will see a picture of the 6 wings as displayed on a table advertisement within Popeyes and another picture will show the reality of what you get. Service at this Popeyes was above average and friendly. The food was just average at best though and it was absolutely freezing in the dining room which made the experience less pleasant. I’m only giving three stars (instead of less) because of the friendly staff.

Be sure to check your food before leavening because you might end up ordering a 3 piece chicken and end up with 3 small wings. Definitely first and last time going to this

I recently had a terrible experience at Popeyes. The chicken I ordered was shockingly undercooked, making it not only unpleasant but also a potential health hazard. The lack of quality control is deeply concerning, and I won't be returning anytime soon. After I called spoke to a manager named Jonathan was told that they would gladly fix my order. When I get there another manager goes off on me about not having my receipt. She did not want to tell me her name and did not offer me any solutions. I think she was mad that she had to work while they were having a party on the clock with all the fixings.

During their lunch and dinner rushes it can be a bit of a wait but the staff is always friendly. The food is always fresh and well made.

Been here 3 times the manager does not know what she is doing. She is treating this location as a made to go order type of establishment. Her excuse was that the food will be spoiled or no good if business is slow… huh? COOK THE CHICKEN, IF IT EXPIRES AT THE DESIGNATED TIME, COOK MORE CHICKEN! PERIOD! NOT I COME IN AND ORDER A 5 PIECE AND YOU GOTTA THROUGH IT IN THE FRYER! Resulting in me waiting up to 30 minutes, because now I gotta wait on fries that are not cooked yet! Oh and it’s mid afternoon!!!! GET IT TOGETHER FIRE EVERYONE AND START OVER!!!! This is across the street from the military base!!! DOOOO BETTTTER!!!!! Military folks don’t have 30 minutes to wait on chicken at a fast food joint!!!!!!!!!!!!

Service started off good but then mid-order the cashier started talking to another customer so I had to wait to complete my order while they had a personal conversation. As I waited I noticed the majority of the tables were dirty, then When my dine-in order was ready everything was taken off the tray and placed in a to-go bag at the counter I noticed the other dine-in customers had the same experience. The food was mediocre but not bad for a quick lunch still will most likely not be returning.

I came in on Tuesday and have given this place a few tries to see if my bad experience was just a fluke, and was caused by uncommon factors and i was just unlucky. After my fourth time here, i am still disappointed. Why is the biscuit almost bigger than the chicken for $13.

It was bad. Complaint to upper management offices bad. The food was fair (not what I ordered) but too many other issues to explain.
