Jesse really was AMAZING! I probably wont be back in the area again soon, I travel for business, however, if I get to meet Jesse again, it will make the trip worth it. He just had this very easy going, can I help you and actually looked like he wanted to help me, he picked out a dress, it did not fit me well, but he told me it "Worked" for me. However not my style. I did however get my boyfriend something and Jesse allowed me to measure the shirts on his back, and also had another customer my boyfriends size play along and measure on his. It was really a fun experience.

The complaints about this store are all from people who are their own problem. If you’re sloppy or unfolding everything on a shelf OF COURSE the staff is going to be upset. Why do you need to mess up the folded displays to check the sizes? Pretty sure your house is dirty if you think that’s okay. The tags are visibly located.The sign up coupon is not 25% it’s 15% so pitching a fit at the counter was unnecessary. If you “always” buy from there you would’ve been prepared to pay without the coupon.If someone sets the alarm off the staff is SUPPOSED to go through their stuff to check for tags or theft.You got black on your yellow shirt after washing it? Learn how to wash your clothes properly. What does that have to do with the store?Your husband didn’t get in the checkout line so he couldn’t check out…no kidding. That’s why there’s a line…to get in it.This store is by no means the best because the staff is luck of the draw depending on the day, but if you’re going to complain in the reviews at least have valid complaints.

It was very pleasant to visit this store, and staff are pretty attentive for what they were doing for customers, and they were helpful. It is a good store to visit and purchase Polo Ralph Lauren's items. Not all Polo Ralph Lauren Factory is the same as this store in terms of assisting and acknowledging customers.
