Here's a shoutout to one of those places that knows your name and no, my friends its not CHEERS. Its the friendly staff at this branch. Each time I go for a business transactions, I am always greeted by more then one of the tellers, who does happen to know your name. So I appreciate that everytime. Each time, I come in for a transaction, I am treated with a level of professionalism and awesome customer service. Thank you to Neil and their new employee Sandra, who helped me with the many requests I had today. Thanks to the rest of the crew for all that you do day in and day out.

Our school has had accounts with My Point CU for several years. I have never had a bad interaction with any of the staff or manager. They have always gone out of their way to provide quality service. One time the manager even walked up to the Chase Bank on the corner with me to help with an issue I was having with transferring funds. That's beyond amazing. I highly recommend this bank. You will not be disappointed.

I have been using this branch for over 30 years. Although I have moved and could find a closer bank, I choose to stay with MyPoint. They have awesome customer service and I always get great rates. I have had various car loans and HELOCs over the years. I can do most of my transactions with the App which is very easy to use. However, if I do go into the branch I drive the extra miles to the Kearny Mesa branch since the team there is always so helpful. They go above and beyond!! Truly great team.

Tried to deposit my 16year olds check ($62) and they would not allow. MyPoint said she was not associated with my account. However I am and the check was endorsed. This bank is not customer friendly or helps. Poor service after 15+ years. Time to leave this antiquated bank.

Every time I mess something up, they immediately fix it... that's not funny, but I'm laughing because it's true. They're always so friendly and thorough, and I greatly appreciate everyone at this location

They used to be better when PLFCU. They charged inactivity fees until they drained my account and closed it. No letter. No notification. Just took it and didn't tell me. Probably buried in their terms and conditions but pretty awful. It wasn't that much money but this will cost them a customer forever. Just pulled two other accounts from them. I'm far from poor, I just forgot about this account. MyPoint Credit Union = Not your money. Stay away!After you write a bad review, they will hide from the fact that they DID NOT notify me and make up stories about the law. The response, blaming the customer, should tell you everything about them. They will steal if they can hide behind policies and lies. Great organization.

I experienced fraud on my checking account. I went to the branch to get everything straightened out, and Claudia was super helpful! Very professional, and genuinely seemed concerned. I got a new card immediately. Great service, and very helpful staff.
