I came in with no expectations as I am new to insurance. However to my surprise, they were very friendly and efficient at their job. They not only did my insurance I had with my brother. But quickly helped different people during my insurance application. Kim was the one I got lucky to meet today. As she did my insurance and helped me fixed my suspended license right away which would've taken days to fix. Glad I chose this place, definitely a recommend for quick insurance with good customer service!

PNA Insurance never disappoints!! I went in for DMV transfer and Renewal and Miss Kim took care of me!! Fees are reasonable considering the DMV lines. While I was there I got insurance for my vehicle it was very convenient. One stop for multiple things. Very friendly service. They have a Spanish speaking person to help and Vietnamese. If you ever need DMV Sticker PNA is the place to go!!! Highly recommend!!!

I called in to get my motorcycle registered the guy was very rude and he refused to register my brand new motorcycle..... so I'm taking it Express registration office his loss.... I was planning to do business with this guy cuz I register a lot of cars but he didn't want my service all I got to say he just lost a very good customer..???

I have been using these folks for registering my vehicles for a number of years. Probably a half dozen vehicles, and I have always been happy with their service. I think maybe that their unhappy customers are the only ones leaving reviews here. Certainly nobody ever told me to go to the DMV, as one reviewer said. If I wanted to do that, then I wouldn't need their service, right? Another reviewer wanted them to register their car for them so that could drive it the same day, and the DMV was closed? They are a service, but they are not magicians. These people have saved me a ton of time and hassle waiting in line at the DMV, and if I have to wait a couple of days for them to do the work, I'm fine with that. They have always been courteous and helpful whenever I have gone in there. Now I'm ready to do another vehicle (scooter this time), so I'm going to go see them again. When I did a search, I came across these reviews, so I thought I'd better leave one of my own. My only beef is that they're located kinda far from my house. Of course, not as far as the DMV lol!

i have brought three vehicles here. 2 cali to cali title transfers and 1 florida to cali transfer. and every single time never had a problem with either the latina lady on the left or the asian lady Kim on the right. kim always offered to help with filling out the paperwork. the fees are pretty fair. sure beats sitting at DMV. will continue to use them whenever stickers are due.
