Do not drop your trailer here there is someone from the tow company who comes here and if he sees the dropped trlr he will call his wrecker to come and hook up to it and take it away. If you see these two pick up trucks they are from the tow company.

Management you need to give SANTA a raise by far the cleanest shower at a pilot I have been too The Whole Shower not a single inch dirty she does an amazing job hopefully she will be rewarded I been driving 20 plus years you see a lot of people cleaning shower's while waiting Santa goes beyond her duties makes sure the shower is super clean I would eat off the floor that's how clean the shower is WOW SANTA AMAZING JOB KEEP Up THE AMAZING Job hopefully pilot will reward you if not with time an employer WILL VALUE Your HARD Work And Dedication ?????????

They need to change the lady cleaning showers. She first waits for 5-6 showers to be free and then she comes out of her throne to clean them all at once. Even if she cleans one shower she wouldnt unlock it untill she cleans all 5-6 at once. Then she unlocks them all at once. So there is always wait here for showers all thanks to her ignorance. No respect for driver’s time.

Hello,Professional Drivers!It’s just my opinion.This is a really good Truck Stop, located within the City limits.As in any other Truck Stops, within the boundaries of the big city, always a busy parking.A very large but fast-moving shower line.Everything is very clean and tidy.I’ve been here twice and I haven’t had any trouble

This place is a hot mess!!! You got drivers coming through the wrong side of the fuel pumps! Trucks are being parked anywhere around the parking lot and left...It's hard to get in and out as it is. Drivers are also leaving their trucks blocking the fuel islands to go wherever!WTH Pilot!

Other then traffic constantly...they are very helpful ... showers and bathroom clean well kept??....the gentleman at the cashier very generous great customer service ?

Everyone here is so nice. The store is always clean. The staff are very professional and you can tell that they care about the store and like their jobs. I must give a very special shout out to Victor, I believe he is the store manager. You can tell that he loves his job and cares for the store and the people as if they were his own. This morning I went in to get coffee and there he was, refilling coffee pots, refilling bulk creamers , wiping counters and talking to customers. I get my coffee and walk over to Wendy's for breakfast and there's Victor, walking through the back, asking how's it going do you need anything. I go to check out at the store to pay for my coffee and there's Victor again. Helping run a register. This man is every where. He sees a need and he fills it. He does an outstanding job and certainly deserves a big raise and a promotion.

Beware when using debit card or credit card. I went to work on a empty tank and knew I needed some gas to get home. It was 3:40 AM and saw Pilot gas station. What a relief, because I was on fumes. I pumped about 4.3 gallons of Super Unleaded. The total on the pumps screen said $26.18. Nice. My receipt has $26.18 printed on it. Excellent. But once I got home I received a text alert from my bank that a 'transaction has occurred of $126.00 ! Ok, WHAT?! Did my card get skimmed? Did I not place the gas pump in before leaving? Did some person fill their tank with my card? No. None of the above. After logging into my account, it was a pre-authorization hold. THEY TACT ON $99. 82 as a pre-authorization. Why so much? And if they have a disclaimer on the pump, it's no where near the pumps monitor or key pad. It's definitely not on the receipt. It was a kick in the gut... Or wherever. I have had fraudulent transactions done on a Visa card. And that was not fun at all. I will try other gas locations that are much closer to 905 on ramp. Like Chevron or Am Pm. I will not use PILOT again. I just don't like to do business that way. I am a consumer, how about if I asked for a prefill up to see how much better your gas is compared to your competitors ?

And then Otay Mesa, CA said let there be no chair, bench or seat to sit on outside, and it was so. But really. Everything is ok but where is there to sit outside to enjoy the perfect weather? Had to sit on a curb. Them curbs are great to do push-ups on though;-1 star no outside seats. Not even across the road

Worst truck stop ever yeah they may have just remodeled but the people running this are from TJ and they have no business working in the United States they Park their vehicles have four or five people living out of their vehicles in the back parking lots and all over the property the tow truck guy is from TJ also is staying on the property because it's his girlfriend which is also funny because she works at Wendy's. goes around harassing people who spend hundreds of dollars in fuel laundry money showers plus purchasing food there they grabbed a quick nap before they have to get back on the road again this place is a joke nowhere in my life have I seen a truck stop try to make you pay 15 to $20 to park for a couple hours nap before you have to get back on the road again ridiculous and when you ask what is going on they just say you have to follow our rules because we're so close to Mexico we go by our rules not the state of California or the United States. go to a different truck stop do not go to this one.

We parked up here for 5 days 4th of July weekend. Super clean truck stop. Staff is in women’s bathroom routinely cleaning and mopping. Showers were visibly clean and not built up grime around the floors or shower. Great coffee!

Loving the newly remodeled bathrooms, very clean and plenty of stalls that have a proper door with no cracks for people to look through while you do your business.
