I absolutely cannot stand tardiness. She was late twice for my only two appointments before I quit on her. 1. The first time was for a mid morning appt and I waited 35 mins while she was still with her previous customer. Kim didn't respond to any of my texts when I arrived so I finally just followed someone into the building. She sheepishly said she didn't reply to my texts since she was still with another customer. Not acceptable since I saw her glued to her phone during my entire appt. 2. The second time was for the first appointment of the day and she was still late! Waited outside in the cold and rain with downtown SD homeless walking around at the end of the block which did not feel very safe btw. Didn't occur to her to apologize (trust...I was waiting for one). During my appt, her energy was just rushed and chaotic but worst of all, she also rushed me out the door for her next client not bothering to blow dry or style my hair as requested/booked so I left with wet hair. Annoying... Wished I'd left no tips for either appt. This honest review is the best recourse. I noticed she did not add her business here AND only positive reviews are shown on her scheduling platform (Vagaro). I expect better treatment and service. Do better Kim!

Parking is difficult, but this place has lots of great beauty artist, hair, brows, lashes nails etc. I get my nails with Queen Laque. Check her out.

Parking can be difficult, but it is downtown so what do you expect? This salon suite has many people within the building, so finding your stylist wont' be that easy. I've followed my stylist from salon to salon and see her every time I am in San Diego. This review is for suite 109 - Kim Tran. You can book through her Instagram or her website. I'm not sure how finding someone within the suite works. She specializing in color and uses top notch products. She's currently follow COVID19 protocols within her suite. Conversations just flow with her and she makes you feel so beautiful afterwards.

Just a heads up DO NOT CALL FOR HELP. The dude was so rude and I was just asking some basic questions. He shouldn't be opening a business dealing with potential clients if he's not personable. Such a joke
