Because I chose the wrong address, I have no choice but to bathe my dog at this address. After the dog stayed for two hours, I went to pick up my dog. The dog had no scent at all, and the dirt in the ears was not cleaned. This is not a little bit worse than another pet samrt. After my dog was washed at another address the first two times, he came out smelling good and his ears were clean everywhere. It's my fault this time. I didn't read the address clearly and chose the wrong place. But if you want to give your dog a bath, I don't recommend this place at all.

@Antonielle C. - I literally opened Yelp to leave a glowing review about Alaina* and her remarkable grooming job on my long-haired German Shepherd, when I stumbled upon this ludicrous comment. I happened to be in the store during the incident and heard the entire exchange firsthand. It's actually comical how far from reality this depiction is. The groomer simply mentioned, 'I believe there may have been a miscommunication.' I mean, if you really want to stick it to corporate Petsmart with false accusations of raci$m, (just for a free dog bath) you might consider accusing an employee that isn't uncannily Latina. I'm just saying ... This groomer, Alaina (not Elena), is worth every penny and then some. My German will not go to anyone else and has never left the salon giving less than pristine, stunning, perfection, or DIVINE QUEEN vibes. This delusional review is a living and breathing testament to the phrase, "don't believe everything you see on the internet." Get your dog groomed here folks, you won't regret it!

I am reviewing this based off of the groomer Elena. She is incredibly unprofessional and racist. My mother went to go drop off my dog for a grooming the day before and the groomer did a bad job (not a big deal but definitely not worth the $70 plus tip). So she went back the next day and Elena was the groomer that on the clock. Elena was rude, dismissive and unprofessional. More importantly she said that my mother clearly does not know English and that, that was the issue of the bad haircut. What? I don't understand how she thought that was appropriate. Absolutely racist of her to even question her knowledge and grasp of the English language. I do not understand how she's employed. Definitely never want to go back to this location as long as she's there.

Most Petsmart stores are warm and welcoming. This one on Balboa Ave, not one person asked if I needed help. Even after circling the isles a few times not one person wanted to help. I guess making eye contact was enough. Before 10 A.M. in the morning, more team members than customers that I could see. Like I stated in their survey, “I’m not dressed to impress or look a certain way”. They sure made me know I’m not welcome.

very baad customer service ! asked for help for a brunnette girl strong using glasses by 12:30 am and asked help to help me find a procuct amd she said : " no sorry i have to do my job cant do that for you " . whoever is taking care pf that store sucks big ! customer service is the key to have people coming in ! not coming back to that location . i really didnt want to be here doing this review but i have to otherwise you guys are not gonna become better ! customers are everything dont forget that ! thats where your money comes from .

Aisles are well stocked and neat. I was able to find everything I needed to set up a fish hospital tank in a hurry. The store associates at this location are always friendly and welcoming, but I wanted really wanted to say thank you this time when I came in to buy medication and equipment for a hospital tank for my sick fish. I was held up at work and thus delayed in getting treatment for my beloved fish. I also had to rush off to another urgent errand after. At the register, I tried to use a coupon for the fish medication but it didn't apply to the item and I said it's okay nevermind and wanted to rush off as soon as possible. The store associate kindly gave me the discount anyways. It was just like 2 dollars but I think most stores and associates would have understandably not allowed it. The associates in this store are always kind. Also, my fish survived the ich infection! Thank you!

Very clean and well organized store. Super helpful associate; He even helped me try the sizing for my furbaby! I'm so happy he went to the extra effort as I needed a different size and would have made another trip! Thank you for helping me get my injured furbaby home quicker and with the correct size too!

The woman in back the white girl was sweet with me . The Hispanic manger in front says that it’s her store and doesn’t want people taking more than so much fish . So I’m not allowed to buy extra fish . U seemed to be very bothered by me talking about the other manger when I spoke about the curly Hispaic girl.yeah…I didn’t like ur fake smile either so I won’t be coming back to this location. I’m not gonna be limited on how many fish I can buy . It’s my money. ??
