please don't bring your furry babies here to get groomed. i brought my dog for a haircut and nail trim and when i picked him up and ask how was he she told me that he was fine and had no problems and as i was walking out i notice the nails where the same length as when i brought him and i went back and told them about the nails and she just acted rude and said that she wasn't going to do it and she still charged me for it.

I know for sure I've been to PetSmart a handful of times, and I have been lucky to find everything I was looking for. First it was a new bed for our little chihuahua several years ago. Then, dog toys and treats for her. Most recently, special food for her since she was recently diagnosed with diabetes. She just turned 12 years old, and there were absolutely no warning signs for this. This food requires a prescription from the vet. And you have to show your prescription every time you purchase the food since they do not keep it on file. It is good for 6 months before you need a renewed prescription. Royal Canin Glycobalance is the food. Sold in 17.6 pound bags for $95.99. Ouch! It is a higher protein, lower carb food that helps regulate blood glucose. Does it work? Maybe a little, but we have still noticed her big increase in water intake which of course leads to more trips outside to urinate. That is the tough part for us since she's not an outdoor type dog. One thing I have noticed is she actually really likes the dry kibble Glycobalance, and doesn't like the wet version in the can. I have had to return the cans after just using one. So I bought a bone broth topper for her dry food, though this is even more protein and we mix in raw squash to balance it all out. She has had no digestive issues at all with this homemade mixture. Another thing I have noticed is that her coat is so soft now and does not shed any hair it seems! Her hair looks great and doesn't feel oily or get smelly like before. We used to give her a grain-free food called Nutro that was for small breed senior dogs. Huge difference in price of course. This is what quality food and special diets cost apparently. This location is a complete store with a training area, a Banfield pet hospital inside, and of course other pets too such as reptiles, fish, rabbits, hamsters and more. Overall a good store for pet supplies, and shelves are always well stocked.

Service in this store is very similar to Russia in 1984. They are understaffed and the staff they do have are not well trained and rude. Johnny Kong was especially rude and inept. We asked for assistance getting fish, but he kept serving others instead of us. We waited for 20+ minutes and he wouldn't help us. Don't waste your time at this store. Shop Amazon instead

This Petsmart’s grooming center provided the worst experience for my dog and I. I brought my dog, which is a small Maltipoo, to get a haircut and what was supposed to be a 3-4 hour haircut turned into an 8 hour fiasco. I received a call that my dog had been cut and lacerated when being groomed. When spoken to on the phone, the groomer, Erika, told me it was a small laceration and that they were going to have her seen by the on-site vet but ensured me it was something small and would be okay. However I ended up getting a call from the Veterinary saying that my dog had to get stitches because of how deep the cut was?! The fact that I was lied to by the groomer of how bad the laceration really was made my blood boil. I’ve gone to so many other petsmart grooming centers and this has never happened. If anyone ever wants to come get their pet groomed at this location DO NOT PICK THIS LOCATION NOR THE GROOMER ERIKA. I have been seeing a lot of complaints about her on the reviews and hate to say this but they are right. The most incompetent and negligent grooming salon I have been to. Will definitely not come back.In terms of the Vet that’s onsite, I appreciate all the things you’ve done to ensure that my pup was okay. However please train your nurses to properly read the paperwork and ensure they are providing the correct at home treatment steps. On the paper It states that my dog would need to take medication for her wound, however the nurse was confused and said that it was medicine that was “already given to her”. I asked her if she was sure that were was no medication needed and she said there wasn’t. However I received a call from another nurse that my dog did have medication prescribed and that the nurse “read” the notes wrong. This place is a circus and it is does not have properly trained employees.I normally am someone who does not leave reviews but after today, I want to be heard and acknowledge how terrible the services at this location are

I rarely write these reviews but after my recent experience here, I felt I needed to write a review. I called and asked Derek to put a vet food on hold for me and he said it would be at cash register 3. I get there, get in line and the elderly female cashier at the front says the worker with glasses and a ponytail with a strand of highlight in his hair (didn't get his name) said he can help me out with that. I got out of the line and approached him and he asked me for my last name and I told him I wasn't asked for my name on the phone. He told me he thought it was a pick up and to get back in line to get checked out. The mistake on their end should have nothing to do with me and I said I'd like to be checked out now please. He had a HUGE attitude the rest of the time and even gave me issues about my VALID med card which I use every single time I get my dog's vet food, which I'm sure he was doing because he was offended I asked him to check me out there. Taking things personally and being rude isn't a good look at all. Hope he can conduct himself more professionally in the future. Cheers!

My wife and I tried to adopt a cat... they made us wait for 4 hours to get a call back from the adoption center. The lady who called was extremely rude then told us we couldn't get a cat if we didn't get two of them!!! We didn't have the money for two, so we left without one! Horrible service!

My dog was considered too old to get a grooming session even though the vet cleared it. Was told it was because they cared about the dog. Will never use their service's again in the future. My dog really needed a trim, toe nails clipped and wash before the holidays.

Humiliation by the Puppy Trainer. Paid, was scheduled, but name not on report. She asks in front of others, did you pay. Documents provided. Never went back

Had an unpleasant experience today at the grooming salon. We had an appointment for a nail trim and upon arrival we were not greeted. Said we had a 2:30 appointment and the worker at the computer did not even look at or acknowledge us. After a couple minutes, another girl came out to help us. She didn’t seem to be in the best mood either. Once she took him back I let her know that I would need to run home to grab my debit card. Mind you I live about 5 mins away. Came home and right back as fast as I could. Upon my arrival once again the front desk lady (a different one this time) was very hostile and condescending and said that they have a strict policy about tardiness. I apologized, however I was extremely caught off guard by her tone of voice because I went home and came back asap! It is not like I left my dog there for hours. As I previously stated, I told the girl that initially took him back that I would have to run home quickly. I am assuming the girl I told this to initially did not relay this information to the lady that was yelling at me. The lady reiterated to me 3 times about their policy, as if I did not hear the first time, and I once again apologized. I mean what could I have done? I had to go home and grab my card. I will say they did only charge me $10 of the $30 late fee which I appreciate, however, I do not like the way I was spoken to/treated.

Bought a YIP tracker for my Golden. With in days the battery died. Took it back and exchanged it. It's been the same problem with the battery and I am going broke buying new ones. Looked on site tonight and they don't list the YIP tracker for iPhones any longer. Tried to contact mfgr and no luck.
