PB pawn and jewelry has excellent employees that work under a manager who went above and beyond to guarantee I was treated fairly and left me feeling satisfied i choose the right pawn shop to take my things to when I need a loan. Its important to feel comfortable when I leave my things with them. I had an issue with an item I loaned out and the manager promptly called me and fixed the issue by replacing it that week. He didn't have to do that. Thank you pb pawn and jewelry. I'm satisfied that I chose the right pawn shop to do business with.

I came in a couple of days ago with some questions about my jewelry. The gentleman there was very knowledgeable, honest, experienced, and very professional. He patiently answered all of my, I am sure not very smart, questions, and suggested the best ways and ideas for my jewelry pieces. I had a very positive experience there. Highly recommend this place!
