Kate is amazing. She is kind, compassionate and really works with you to meet the needs of your pet. She gives you daily updates in writing with photos so that you can feel completely comfortable leaving your pet. She goes above and beyond in her care.

Kate at Pawtails Pet Sitting Services is just the best! She really cared about my dog who is anxious and made her feel comfortable. Lots of great walks with photos and videos. The communication is just excellent! She is also prompt with her visitation times. Highly recommend!

This was my first pet sitting experience. Needless to say, I was very concerned about leaving my kitties since one is a special needs cat and requires medication twice a day. Thanks to Kate and Pawtails Pet Sitting Service, I was kept apprised of the kitties’ care with updates and daily pictures. Kate is very responsible, friendly, and is an extraordinary animal caretaker. Not only did she ensure our fur babies were in the best of care, she was proactive and brought in our mail and packages. I will definitely not hesitate to reach out to Pawtails again the next time I go out of town. Highly recommend!

Amazing pet sitter! Absolutely fantastic! I can't say enough. Every time I left on vacation, there was always a bit of a dark cloud from wondering if my cat was OK, and knowing he would be a bit anxious/needy/angry when we got home. With Kate, all of that is gone! My cat loves her, is happy, healthy, and appears to miss me so little when I get back, I'm almost upset. She plays with him every day, and I get lots of photos, videos, behavior updates, and most importantly, a happy cat and a carefree vacation.

Kate is AMAZING!!! I have two dogs that I have been struggling with both training and exasperated social & separation anxiety due to COVID. Literally within the first few seconds upon us all meeting, Kate controlled and changed my dogs normal stranger greeting at the door behavior AND also taught me a new training tool. She showed me new techniques to connect and effectively communicate with both my dogs- how to "talk" to them and "show" them what I am asking of them. I have worked with over 4 other professionals trainers before & after COVID, and I have never seen results like I have experienced working with Kate! Truly, so grateful & happy I was able to find Kate/Pawtails! Thank you SOOO MUCH KATE!!! We will ALL be FOREVER GRATEFUL to YOU!!!

Auntie Kate, as my guy, loves to call her, took care of him for 8 10 hours days while my daughter got married and a family reunion took place. Many of those days she also cared for the bride's dog. I just don't have enough words to describe the incredible way she cared and calmed them. As a bonus, the way she cared and calmed ME! I left everyday assured of my Wally's happiness during a crazy busy, very different, week for us. Shes a pro's pro. I can't recommend her magical ways enough. I couldn't imagine making it through without her.

Kate is so sweet!! My dogsitter canceled last minute putting me in a huge bind. I reached out to her while looking for a new dogsitter. While she was full, she was so helpful in finding me a list of possible referrals!! I am just in town for an event, but if I am ever back, I will absolutely be looking her up!! So sweet and even just talking to her, you could hear how much she cares about animals, even my pup who she has never met. She truly is in this business for the animals!

I absolutely LOVE Kate! She has always been amazing with our dogs. Very loving, kind and attentive. It's easy to see that she genuinely loves animals. And they love her back :) I always feel so confident that our fur babies are in good hands when Kate pays them a visit. And bonus - she posts pictures so I can also see how they are while I'm away! She is a true gem!

I recently just moved to San Diego and I’ve been searching for a cat sitter. I contacted Kate and she is great. She offers a zoom and a free meet and greet. My cats warmed up to her just fine. During her visits she sends pictures and updates. I will definitely be using Kate again!

Wow, Kate is so nice to communicate with. I searched and searched for a solution to house sit my two cats and after calling 6 different companies, Kate was the only one to answer. She was very informative and gave me peace of mind with letting someone else care for my babies. 5 stars all the way. I hope to work with Kate again soon!!

Kate is exceptional. She is much more than your regular or typical pet sitter. She is very knowledgeable, very caring with animals, and goes above and beyond. The moment we met with her, I had a warm feeling and knew our dog would be in good hands. We’re so lucky to have found her and without a doubt I will be utilizing her services again and refer her to my friends and family members. She is very easy to talk to and will care for your pet the same way you would. You will not be disappointed!!!
