Super friendly and helpful. Was able to get us a very nice ring for a good price and recommend a jeweler for a resize. A costly and timely ordeal thwarted by the kindness and expertise of the staff. Highly recommend.

So California makes the fees for going to a pawn shop a lot more painless say other states (AZ you gotta do better). But the service here is top notch. I explained my situation and they took the time to listen and give me options that work well for me. Please drop by and give them a chance like I did, because they made me very happy. Good service should always leave you smiling and satisfied.

Terrible prices, gold priced way above karat weight. Items were all overpriced, inventory was incredibly subpar. Low quality pawnshop.

This is my go-to pawn shop whenever I’m looking to make a big purchase without worrying about getting ripped off. Every time I’ve gone in Gabby has been super sweet, knowledgeable on the items I’m inquiring about, and I always leave with a smile on my face knowing I got the best deal I could. Customer service like I received from gabby at pawn plus is few and far between these days but definitely what keeps me coming back!
