Staff is extremely rude, lazy and unhelpful. Overpriced and money is the bottom line. I highly suggest another one of the several storage places within the very nearby area.

Pretty quick process of getting my car out. Initial towing fee is $250 and $60 per night so get your car out ASAP

The blonde woman working yesterday afternoon was extremely rude. I was trying to access my unit for work and happened to not know the building number through no fault of my own (my manager gave me the wrong one at first) and she basically yelled the correct building number at me like I was hard of hearing with so much attitude. Her energy towards me was so bad for no reason, it gave me anxiety. That was my second time coming to her for help; the first time she wasn’t helpful because she was half ignoring me, causing me to waste my time struggling when I needed assistance. She must hate her job because her attitude was unacceptably rude and unprofessional. I’m shocked at the good reviews, I thought the rating would be lower with how badly I was treated yesterday.

I'm recently a new tenant at this location,but I like it very much.The prices are reasonable for the area. It's always clean and it's a lot cooler than all of the other places in the area.

Clean, bright storage floors over 3 buildings. But the storage SS or Gestapo patrols and makes certain it's all about storage and nothing else. Safe and secure.

It's cleaner than most storage facilities in SD, but the displaced village developing behind the building has started to feel a bit intimidating. The rates are high, and although it doesn't have AC in most of the buildings/units, my spot stays pretty regulated. Good service, no power, no trash.

Used Pacific Highway Storage since Jan of 2020 and it's been awesome. We recently had an awful experience and had to move out of an apartment ASAP, and they were able to get us 2 huuuge units, ground level, right next to each other; AND right next to the door. The girl working in the office was super helpful in making everything easy and convenient for us. I never got the vibe that there were people making meth or anything inside their units and it always felt safe, despite the inherently creepy vibe of storage unit places. Great place, super clean, good rates. Would rent again (but hopefully never have to).
