I came to check my battery and alternator and they said the machine doesn't work and if I want to check my battery I have to take it out of my car. What an inconvenience.

Super bad customer service from Andres, who says he is the manager at Roll dr O'Reilly. Please consider on changing his attitude when speaking to customers or changing his position. In this case with that kind of customer service i will never want to buy at O'Reilly when i considered it my favorite store to purchase auto parts.
