I went in, there was no one in the store. 3 guys working, one on his phone, two chatting with each other. No one greets me or asks me if I need help. After wandering around, I find what I'm looking for. I bring it up to the register, and it's twice as much as I thought it was because it was in the wrong spot on the shelf. I didn't want it, so I put it back. As I'm leaving, I notice one of the employees following me around to see if I was stealing the items. This is why I wound up buying my item on Amazon for half the price- because of terrible customer service.

Tool rental program was amazing. I was able to find a tool that was able to pull off a wiper arm to replace it. The gentleman spoke both English and Spanish and was extremely helpful.
