came here to have my battery tested to see if is a good or bad but the short skinny guy with the mclovin haircut and glasses lied he stated that it will take one hour and gave us an attitude instead of an bad attitude why dont you just apologize for the mistake and fix the problem. manager needs to speak with him about his aggressive attitude

Switched out one headlight bulb last month and didn't listen to that little voice that said you should change out the other one.
So, of course, while traveling it goes out. Go into O'Reilly's, get my bulb and I ask about some assistance getting it installed as the last one was tricky. Wait for the space in front of the store to clear out and the associate came out and got it switched. They are awesome.

Came to the store to purchase headlights and Charlie was not only kind enough to come out to look at my car to ensure sure I had the correct item, but he also went above and beyond to install them. He also made recommendations for an affordable option that would improve visibility at night. Definitely far more than a transaction. Outstanding customer service.
