I went there clueless. I did not even know differences between scratches and “paint-transfer”. I brought like 10 items to a cashier, and Juan told me to put them all back because everything I picked turned out to be wrong items for paint transfer.
He helped me select the right product, and it amazingly worked! It costed like $9, which saved me $500 from going to Tesla service.
Well, to be fair, it worked like 98%, but it was more than good enough. Thank you, Juan! You are my life saver. ?

This review is based off some great customer service I received while here twice.. I went into o reilly and came in for a windshield repair product. They didn't sell me the product before looking at my windshield and giving me their opinion that it sadly wouldn't work. I appreciate that. Fast forward a few months and I call about replacing my car battery. Same excellent customer service from Juan. Found battery for me and installed it within minutes. Thank you!

I went to O'Reillys because my back brake light was out. I went to another place who shall remain nameless and they wanted to charge me $400 for a lightbulb change. I decided to take a chance and go to O'Reillys, and Juan not only looked into it checked it, but he changed it and fixed it for $10!! I cannot believe the other place wanted to charge me $400. Thank you Juan, you are my ANGEL!

Well, as others have noted, this store will do everything possible to not honor warranties. With receipt in hand, matching part, unwilling to honor their national warranty... after calling in advance to make sure that this would not be an issue... What good is a warranty if the company behind the part does not stand behind their products? This is not rocket science, a lifetime warranty is a lifetime warranty. Customer service nightmare.

What good is a lifetime warranty on a part if the company will not honor the warranty? Going through the process is like preforming in a three ring circus. There are lots of great automotive parts suppliers out there, many with fantastic customer service and polite, competent staff. Unfortunately, this store does not fall into that category. Do yourself a favor, for retail maybe, but for parts, you can do a lot better in terms of quality and customer service.

Some of the kindest and most helpful people you will find. I came here to pick up coolant for my car and accidentally dropped in aluminum piece inside my coolant reservoir. The cashier was beyond helpful as he took the time out of his day to siphon the coolant out of the reservoir, take the reservoir component out of my car, retrieve the aluminum, and install the reservoir back in my car along with the coolant. I am so beyond thankful to this man and I plan on coming back here very soon for any of my car needs.
