Cody & Freddie at Warring Road Location were awesome. Helped me with hard to find wipers for 2019 Sprinter. Super friendly & knowledgeable. Will not be going anywhere else but here from now on.

I bought a Battery for $208.00 for my BMW on 12-27-21 and it was no good so I thought the generator or alternator was bad because how could a NEW battery be bad? I saved money for a new generator for 6 months and then the mechanic said everything is fine except the Battery! so I called the store and they said bring it in 3 year warranty... how can i bring it in? it weighs 65 pounds. and the car doesn't run without a battery? this is not the first time I had problems with O'Reillys. there is only one year left on the battery warranty... since they won't do anything to help me get it there. I bought a engine fan for my other car and it was the wrong one... i drove very far and had 12 hours to get to court for Ex-Parte hearing custody of my son which is 1,000 mile drive round trip and if you do not make it you lose custody. ( i did this 60 times! drove 60,000 miles at 100 miles per hour.) car broke down in Sacramento and cost me thousands of dollars, tow truck, repairs at another O'Reillys. almost lost my Family, they said they would pay for everything since it was they're mistake, they NEVER did! they passed the buck saying you bought it at that O'Reillys and they other O'Reillys said you had it repaired in Sacramento so go there... this went on for months and finally nothing ever happened! this is the WORST auto parts store EVER! never shop here.

So glad to have this place nearby in our hood. Tonight on way home discovered our front headlight was out, called to see if they were open and if they had the lightbulb. Yes on both accounts and the guy was nice enough to install it for us. So nice and unexpected for him to do that. Also kudos for still being open until 9. Also discovered they take recycled oil. Will be great to get rid of that from the side of our house.

Extremely dishonest and disappointing. I called ahead of time about the free headlight bulb replacement and spoke with Ivan who confirmed they had the bulbs I needed and that they could do the replacement. I showed up less than 40 min later and Ivan said (AFTER he already charged me for the bulbs) that no one could help me with the replacement because the only other employee onsite was sick (and pointed to a woman also behind the counter). Keep in mind the store was empty and there were no other customers around. Ivan also said all the technicians left and are in Lemon Grove (??) and they wouldn't be back for another 40mins. He said I should try another OReillys store instead. So I end up driving out of my way to another OReillys. This store was actually very busy with tons of customers and they told me I would have to wait because a few people were ahead of me. I explained the situation and the employee there was very surprised that Ivan would sell me the bulbs and then refuse to replace them. She actually felt so bad about what happened that she recommended I go to a nearby jiffy lube to see if they can get it replaced faster. I ended up paying JiffyLube to do it. I do not recommend this OReillys location.

I was in a pinch with an urgent oil leak that needed immediate attention, desperately looking to get 2 quarts of oil to avoid blowing the engine. It was about 7 pm and I needed to find the closest auto parts store. Thankfully, O'Reilly was just about a mile off the 8 freeway and I pulled into the parking lot, found my oil type and went inside. The guy working the floor was nice and didn't treat me like I didn't know anything about cars-- I'm not a regular hands-on kind of person for car stuff but I'm not a complete newbie either. Got the oil, went outside to the car and opened the cap and poured the oil in. Thankfully, the warning light went off and I could reset the car system. Thank you for making my pit stop short and efficient!

I needed to replace my windshield wipers desperately and had noticed a sign outside the store that said they would install them as well. So I bought a pair, the total was in the high $60s. I got there about 8:45pm, Cody installed my wipers even though they had already closed. It was past 9 PM when he finished. Amazing customer service! Coincidentally, we had heavy rain the next day,

Customer service experience here was very sub-standard. Management needs to really up their game with training. That being said, I received the service I was looking for, but the demeanor of the clerk was just rock bottom. Raise your game.

Most of the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially for someone like me who couldn't afford a mechanic but was learning how to do a pretty big job off of YouTube and their help. Also, I have to say a huge thanks to all of the people that come to this particular o'reilly and shopping center. I can't tell you how many people stopped to lend a hand or answer a question or ask if I needed help with something.
