Came to this store on the way home from work. It was on a holiday weekend shortly after they opened for the day. I needed a tire plug kit, which was easy to find. The store is clean and organized. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would come again if I needed something from here on the way home.

Typical auto parts store. I chose to look up my own parts online with part numbers before going in.Staffing is an issue here. I felt bad for the 1 person left alone working there. Had a line full of customers and he had to answer phones at same time. Typical for these stores but must be frustrating being the only one looking up parts, phones, cash register at same time.Went back in after replacing head light to throw away old one. Another guy was there and looked like he just woke up. I asked him if I could throw this away and he said "I don't know know, well I don't think so." What kind of answer is that? They had a trash can outside and I disposed of the bulb there in front of him.

One of the better stores. Employees at the counter are young and really not parts sales more like cashier's. But they learning and are helpful and friendly. Clean store.

Came in to get the check engine light checked since they advertise it. Gentlemen said their OBD tool was stolen. Didn't have an ETA when they would get a new one. You can tell he seemed relieved not having one and could care less about getting it replenished.

The woman that was working yesterday, October 4th at 12:00 pm has poor customer service skills. I asked her a question and she said I'm by myself, everyone's at lunch. When I started to ask when they would return from lunch, the phone rang and she totally cut me off. I thought she was going to ask the person on the phone to hold but she didn't. She just ignored me! One of the worst customer service engagements I've had in a long time. She should be ashamed and your company needs to re-evaluate her employment.

I came here because I was in need of a few items for my car. The store and shelves were neat and clean. I was able to locate the item I was looking for to purchase. Though the employee was assisting another customer at the time of my entry, he still inquired if he could assist with a quick question or two.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a representative, this was the only pleasant highlight of the store visit. I couldn't find what I was looking for until I reached out to the same representative that was stocking and he helped me find what I needed. Got in line and was next to be checked out, I waited for what seemed like 15 minutes with I'm not sure how many others behind me. There was one representative working the registers assisting another customer with their inquiries which was fine and I understand if there was no one else to assist, HOWEVER, as soon as that one representative finished ringing up that customer another representative stepped out to finally assist with the registers. No apology for the wait, just a quick transaction. Insane. Got what I needed though, not likely to come back to this location as urgency is not of importance.

I went in with my husband to get some help with a light bulb and didn't know that messing with the wires and electricity we had to unplug the battery and we eneded up burning up a fuse. We had tried for hours trying to find out why the turning signal lights didn't work and our emergency lights did. As soon as I walked in and when I saw Ed I knew it was him that was going to help us. When you know you know. He was super nice and started by saying I'm not your guy I know nothing about electricity. Turned out he was the right guy. He told me it might be a fuse that went out. He explained it all to me and my husband and thanks to that kind of help and determination to help we were able to make it home safe and had our vehicle with turning signals. Thank you Edward I truly appreciate the help. This is one of the many reasons why I shop at O'Reilly and not at auto zone. I've never encountered this type of assistance before and I do appreciate making it possible to be able to work the next morning accident free!

Poor service specially from their First Call aka commercial, Yatt or Wayyat what ever his name was. Rude and not willing to help.. bad for business acted like I was asking him to help me move.

I went in to purchase oil for my car this morning. Edward was very helpful in looking up what oil to take and gave me options as far as brands. He walked over to the isle and grabbed what I needed. I did ask for an extra bottle just in case as well as a funnel. Car stuff is confusing and intimidating when it isn't your area of expertise and he made sure that I knew it's okay as everyone has something they're good at. He did ask an associate to check out the oil in my car before I drive off. The sales associate Christian informed me that the oil was in fact good and no need to change it. He said it could have been the angle in which I checked the oil that made it look like it was lower than it actually was. I'm very grateful for their assistance and customer service. They were very kind and professional ! Thank you !!!

When we first pulled up, we thought the place was closed because there were no signs in the windows and they were painted black. At least that's what I remember, but when you look to the right, you can see the front door. I tell you this because we almost turned around and left to go find a different store that was open. As we walked in they greeted us, which seems to be rare nowadays anywhere you go. The employees there were really helpful. One guy even walked out to look at the truck and told me how to fix it. They saved me a lot of money! It's nice when employees are really helpful like that. I will be back!

As an elder woman I needed a locking gas cap for my old Ford Focus. The gentlemen helped me to find the appropriate cap. Edward went out of his way to show me what needed to be done to remove the old cap and replace the new one. It is rare to receive professional assistance in most businesses.
