I have to say that I've been coming to this O'reilly's for quite some time. But I am definitely not happy with the customer service. This place has been given. It is sad to see the on this business that I have to stick with Amazon now instead of O'reilly's. This place as really gone to s**** I definitely recommend anybody who is thinking of coming to the O'reilly's here on University Avenue to second thought it. To try Amazon which is way more cheaper and delivers to your house and don't have to deal with the laziness of employees. Who think they're shit don't stink goodbye o'reilly's.

This place really has NO BUSINESS EXISTING, when there is an "Auto Zone" 1 mile down the road that offers better service, and is more "customer friendly".

Don't go over here to buy anything from them they try to sell u 2 of the same items I called the manager and spoke to him and I told him how stupid are your sells people are behind the counter . And he tells me don't talk about his sells people I will talk about them if I want to . Train them the proper way . And secondly the manager on the phone with me was an absolute j*** and doesn't have any respect for customers he wants to yell and scream at you on the phone . So I warn u be careful going to this business .don't go here

The clown named Gilly or whatever his name was that was working behind the counter needs to have a major attitude adjustment. If you are not happy at your lousy job, maybe find another one. You dont need to be this RUDE to me and to my wife! I wish my wife told me how you treated her while i was there at the store with her and not after we got home. The fact that she didnt know how to describe a car part doesnt mean you have the right to be condescending to her. And the fact that you were only rude when i went out to the car to get the vin# is why i think you're a little wuss. No guts to cop an attitude in front of me.. but you're the man in front if the ladies! I guarantee you wouldn't comprehend 1% of what she does at her IT job, but you think you're the man coz you're familiar with a few car parts. Who raised you? Please have some manners before the next person 'cleans' the freckles off your face.

I came in because I had bought a battery the day before at another location and I wasn’t able to install the battery myself luckily David was very helpful with installing my new battery he also checked all my fluids for me as well he was a little lifesaver because it’s my birthday and I had plans to drive to Encinitas. thank you for going above and beyond I appreciate you
