horrible experience. didn’t receive updates for my two dyson I ordered and all of a sudden it said delivered, they were never delivered

Every shipping experience with OnTrac has been well past their expected delivery times. I’ve had items sitting at the delivery facility for a couple days before they get sent out for delivery. Overall very poor shipping if you’re looking for reliable timelines.
