  This pharmacy is so bad..whoever works there can't even read. How does someone get a job at a pharmacy without being able to to read instructions??

  Omnicare contributed to my father's death. The nursing home my father was in ordered Haldol, Risperdal, and double doses of AmbienCR from this pharmacy. Even though the order form indicated informed consent had NOT been obtained, this Omnicare pharmacy filled the order anyway. The pharmacist in charge of this pharmacy at the time was an is a leading member of the LDS community in San Diego, and the nursing home was owned by large nursing home corporation owned by yet another leading LDS member. They all made money off my father as he lay dying. This nursing home lied to me about what drugs my father was being given. The Omnicare company did settle a lawsuit with the DOJ for accepting kickbacks from J&J for pushing antipsychotic drugs on nursing home patients.
