Lisa is a phenomenal groomer and human. She takes such good card of both of my babies. She takes her time with them and caters to their individual needs making them feel at home. She never complains even though I know my basset hound barks her ears off for an hour!! My basset has also never tolerated getting his nails done but she continually works to make him more comfortable with it. I cannot recommend her enough! We are so glad we found Lisa and her caring heart!

I absolutely loved bringing my dog here! Your dog is the only one there during the grooming appointment so truly gets lots of attention. Lisa takes such great care of my pup and always went above and beyond with recommendations when my dog was having trouble with irritated paws. My dog always left happy, clean and looking great!

Lisa is hands down the best groomer we’ve had so far. I have a doodle who is prone to matting when not brushed properly and Lisa was able to educate me on what I needed to do to prevent those matts. My pup Mochi is always looking good after every grooming session and I’m so happy to have found her!

Gentle, kind, treats, and lots of squeaky toys - that's what my dog told me. I think Lisa is super awesome and professional. There - you now have 2 opinions in one review (a 2-fer).I don't know what she did to my little guys tail - but it's at full peacock now! This was Arthur's first time to the groomers - so you never know how they will react - but he came out super-spiffy and non-traumatized. I think I was more worried - but Lisa got me through the process. And he smells like Blueberries!!Lisa is famous around North Bark with her pal, Olive. You'll see Lisa's work in the 'hood - some of the custom dye jobs are truly walking pieces of art. Brightly colored ears, techno-color tails, and leopard spots - Lisa does it all!! And the extra attention on the street makes your dog happier. I see them smile. Great service! I like how Lisa texts you before she's done giving you the time to get ready. I was in-between conference calls at work and boy, was this helpful! Definitely coming back!

In hind sight and after several groomers (this was my first grooming for my pup). I can not recommend this groomer. She took like 4-5 hours I was worried what was going on. Then I found out what it was because she charges $10 per matt that he had several matts that she COMBED out. My dogs armpits were raw and red and he was very sensitive to touch afterwards. She claimed that was the only way to correctly do it. Well in fact SHAVING the matts is the correct way. The fact they charged me and extra $30 for 3 matts without telling me about the charges was why I never went back. That and the fact that he did not have the "lion tail" that I requested. When I picked him up I told her that was NOT lion tail (it was regular tail). She said she thought it was i showed her a picture. She said I would have to bring him back to redo the lion tail the next day. She said she would also have to rewash him based on covid guidlelines. I was like hell no this already traumatized him I am not going to bring him back to be washed again the next day!!I did the lion tail on him myself.

Hands down the best pup groomer ever my Lliyah loves going to see Lisa when it’s her grooming time. When we walk around the corner Lliyah starts pulling because she is gonna get ready to see Lisa at PawPleasers. 100 out of 10 recommend. I wouldn’t take her any other place.

Lisa transformed my heavily matted, anxious girl into a happy, glamorous queen! I can't recommend or thank Lisa enough for her patience, dedication and skill. My sweet pup is free of mats and comfortable, and looks stylish to boot. Lisa is awesome and her kind and gentle vibe helped my dog feel safe and comfortable. She even helped me with grooming tips so my dog will stay in great condition, and answered a few other questions I had about diet. I can feel that she genuinely cares about her clients. This is high quality grooming with a heart!

Lisa was awesome. We had have had some back and forth with some groomers , and they didn’t work out . Mostly cause the last one gave my dog trauma, and was sacred -must of got hurt her.So I referred to Lisa , and so happy to say after a long search she is my new gal. Not only was she gentle kind , it was her private space that was quite .she made her look amazing and a short period of time, and my dog Hunnie was super happy after , and that’s a testimony to her . So yeah we have a new groomer . Thanks Lisa!

Lisa is incredible! My Lola is a wild one & she allowed her to stay in the room while she saw her sister Coco get groomed to help ease her. I honestly can't say enough good things about Lisa. Her love for what she does shines through and my girls are so excited to see her each & every time.
