I'd like to share the wonderful buying experience we had at Olhausen Gamerooms. Brian provided first class service from showroom to delivery. First he patiently answered all of our questions as first time pool table buyers. In the showroom we could actually see the table we would be getting, and were able to order one customized to our exact preference. He accomodated a last minute change on the felt color and the final delivery and installation was very professional and timely. The table plays true and looks fantastic! This is the right place to shop for and buy a pool table.

Our experience at Olhausen could not have been better! We just remodeled our home and not only wanted a pool table, but wanted it to also be a piece of furniture. The showroom was awesome and there was a lot to choose from. We purchased a Breckenridge Pine pool table with black felt and it not only looks beautiful, but it rolls very true as well. Brian couldn't have been cooler with the service he provided. From the sales process through the construction of the table, to the nice delivery/installers, and then handling a few questions we had after. The customer service was beyond what I've ever experienced. They didn't have a certain color cue stick holder to match the table exactly, so Brian built me one to match...INSANE....so cool! I will recommend Olhausen's tables and their service 100 times over when people ask! And by the way, they have many other games, tables, stools, etc, so I will always check there first going forward! Thank you Brian and Olhausen!

I have used Olhausen Gamerooms and Outdoors for SO many years. I had gone into the store years ago and was greeted by Brian Olhausen himself and WOW amazing how they immediately make you feel like family. I had some very particular requests during the build of our home because we had to move our current pool table to the new location. Brian stepped up and made things happen and we couldn’t be more happy! Seriously the best experience with some very nice stuff I might add and they just took care of things! Never looking anywhere else. EVER!!

I highly recommend this place. Super cool atmosphere and I was impressed by the quality of all of the things they sell. You can definitely see the difference if you've been looking at lower end pool tables.

Gloria was absolutely amazing! I went in to purchase my first pool cue and she diligently looked through the cues with me to find the best one for my needs. Made sure I understood how to take care of the cue, as well as gave me her undivided attention. I’m definitely going to be returning for any billiard needs I have!

This place is awesome. They have always made the highest quality pool tables. And you can order a customized table too. I was surprised that they have all kinds of other games too like foosball, shuffleboard & poker tables. Even outdoor furniture and grills. It's way more diverse than I expected. A lot of accessories too. I recommend you check it out when you are looking for something fun to do, or buying a special gift.

If you're looking for a new pool table be sure to stop by olhausen game rooms and outdoor to check them out. They have excellent customer service and can help you with all your entertainment needs. I met with Gloria and she was extremely helpful in US selecting the perfect pool table. She gave me exceptional guidance in what to look for and what would fit our needs. They are really knowledgeable here. She did not try to sell me anything that I did not need and was honest in all her suggestions. We didn't feel rush or pressured to buy anything. Everything from the purchase to the delivery was phenomenal. They took care of everything including clearing the space and installing the pool table. Sam and Dalton were extremely professional and put together the table with ease. We will be coming here for all of our outdoor needs also. If they provide us with this much of a great service for our pool tables we feel that they would exceed any expectations for our outdoor setup.
