I have been coming to this store for years. The location and hours are convenient to my home, parking is easy, and the customer service is good. I have purchased office chairs and school and home office supplies here. They have everything I need. I especially appreciate that they carry ink for my rather old hp printer.

I cancelled an order in store. The money at the time was only soft posted. It did not fall off and it hard posted to my account. I called customer service and spoke to Gladis, Katherine, and Annabelle. None of which were helpful. Office Depot has my money and will not issue a refund. Simply telling me to go to my bank and dispute the charge. What an absolute runaround for something they need to send back on their end. And Katherine hung up on me when she came back from putting me on hold. Absolutely awful customer service.

They didnt have the product I needed. I wish the website would have said that and saved me the trip. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Chris welcomed me in the store bright and early and helped me navigate the laptop accessories. It's great to see a store with such a high level of service.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Conversational and helpful, made sure to wish me a good day - It's a shame these A1 employees have such outdated computers / software to check out customers at the front.

Great product, I searched all over the web for something this great. I've been a fan of Office Depot and business owner for 15 years. BUT this location has one of the rudest most hostile service people I have ever encountered. I would like Office Depot to respond . Your store manager Chris, in San diego told me to "shut my mouth" today when I brought to his attention his staff scratched the inside of my mercedes Benz when smashing a piece of furniture in my beautiful cream leather interior. He also said on the phone " too bad so bad" when I brought up this politely on the phone also. I am amazed folks like are able to be employed and reflect so poorly on Office Depot. Unbelievable.

Always come to this place to get office supplies, since I work on sales and are in need of certain supplies constantly. Always have had a great experience, but today, cashier with the name of IAN surprised me. His attitude was great ... very jolly, happy, greeting all clients who would walk in, while helping 2 people at cash register at the same time. Talk about multi task. Props to this person.

I work at a nearby accounting office and come to this Office Depot every now and again, and today I had the worst experience. I needed some documents printed. 6 pages, a small job, I enter the info online and at checkout the estimated time says 6 pm. I need them earlier than that so I call and ask if 6pm is the actual time or if I am able to get them earlier, the guy on the other end says they have nothing going on right now and to send it through, it'll be done right away. I send it through and then wait 3 hours before going. That's when I meet Kristie, at the print center. She was the rudest customer service worker I've ever encountered. She spoke extremely condescending not only to me but to the person in front of me too. She was responding as if I came in and began berating her when I was just asking for my documents. She said "sir when you order online it gives you an estimated pick up time and yours is 6 o clock" when I tried to explain that I spoke with someone earlier she cut me off and said "I'm the only one working here, I don't know who you talked to" I wasn't even mad!!! She continued to cut off anything I said through the entire reaction and generally came off so aggressive and defensive for no reason at all. I don't know what her problem is but it is super off putting. I am definitely gonna drive further to staples next time I need something done just so I don't have to have this interaction again.

So I was very late on picking up the item and they restock after 5 days. But the cashier promptly assisted me and decided the manager on duty can better assist me. The manager on duty quickly checked my order and realized after restock the item it was not credit it back to my bank account. I still like the product so the manager quickly went to get it for me. I really appreciate the prompt assistance from both of the employees.

Poor and unprofessional customer service. The employees are not helpful. We asked for help and the woman was helping us but then decided to help someone else. Then she proceeded to apologize for taking the customer behind us first. This organization has gone downhill and I would NOT recommend this business to anyone.

I came in with a fedex package and needed a label printed. Was the second person in line. The gentleman at the front counter asked me to go to the fedex area about 15 feet away. After I got out of line and went where he told me several other customers got in line. He served every other customer before coming over to print my label. Usually 5 minute trip took 15 minutes and counting... even after two other associates came back from their breaks I had to wait until 6 other people were checked out before he came over. Then he wanted to charge me for printing a prepaid label. Never had this experience before with a Fedex facility.

Attendant told me to purchase the universal cords for my laptop when my cord broke I tried it when I got back to my house and did not come close to working. W e n t back the next day a little angry and a super nice gentleman I believe his name was Brandon maybe. dark skin tall helped me. Refunded my money 100% and offered me hand sanitizers for 25-26 c e n t s and I bought two cases he carried them out to my car and it was so nice and so helpful I just think that he's awesome. First time going there by just might go back.
