This was the worst experience of my life. No one even attempted to help us. I was there to purchase the 620R and no one even bothered to come up to me. I even approached a salesman and he completely didn't answer me. He just sat there and gave a me a disgusted face. I will never buy a car from this dealership. I am going to tell anyone I can not to come here. I can't believe I wasted my time here.

TL:DR; Garbage customer service, didn't even get to see either car I came for even if one was in the showroom. I came with the intention of checking out either the 620R or a GT (I know, huge difference, but I was having a difficult time choosing between something that looked cool or was probably a bit more comfortable). It's my first time coming in person, but my husband's second. The first time he came, he said he came on a day by appointment only and they said no appointment was needed on any other day.We walked in and one guy is at a desk and the other is helping someone look at the 620R. No problem, maybe they're busy and we also wanted to look at the 620R afterwards. 10 minutes in and it's clear no one wants to help us, as there were a group of salespersons outside having a fun group chat while we waited inside. When they come in after chatting, they go straight to their desks. They don't even look at us. Finally, after another 10 minutes, we decide to leave. As we were leaving, the salesperson who was helping the older gentleman with the 620R was walking back into the store. As we approached him, he made it very clear he did not want to talk to us as he looked down, looked away, and then walked away from us pretty fast. My husband and I are fairly young. We have been told many times that the types of cars we buy are usually bought by older folks. I also understand they probably have many people who come in just to look. However, we do not believe we should have been treated this way without so much as a "hello" or "welcome", especially having come with the intention of buying. My literal only goal at the dealer was to sit in both before making my decision, as this car was supposed to be a present from him to me.Being the only McLaren dealership we are aware of in San Diego, we have decided even if we went to the McLaren dealership in Newport Beach, it likely meant we would still have to get service here. To us, we could not trust people who can't even give us the time of day with any of our vehicles. While I adore the look of McLaren, the determining factor in whether or not I want to buy a car form somewhere is based on customer service, which here is non-existent unless you look old and rich. After this experience, I don't really want a McLaren anymore. I'll look elsewhere for my next vehicle.

A wonderful “museum” of automobile masterpieces. These images are of when we visited back in December of 2017. The employee there was SO nice, allowing me to walk all around and admire the beauties…he even asked if he could shoot pics of me and my family together for us. We talked for a bit, and I asked him what the new model coming out next was going to be, abs he mentioned the SUV that was being made, and then he shared this quote with me, “If a man WANTS to be rich, he buys a Ferrari…if a man KNOWS he’s rich, he buys a Lamborghini.” ???

I recently bought a car from O'Gara, and my salesperson was Zach Lara. Zach didn't push at all, and the whole thing went as smooth as a recently polished gold ring...with a 3ct diamond on top! I have no idea where that came from, but the experience was great. My kids (under age 17) have gone with me to look at cars, and Zach always greeted them like real people, and that only endears a father's heart to the organization. Everyone there is helpful, and they have on-site parking. O'Gara Coach is not my favorite car dealer!

I have been working with Nolan for about a week or so now on purchasing a used Mclaren. Nolan and the staff have gone out of there way to help me. Everyone I meet was great and so generous. Best car buying experience I’ve had to date (bought at least 20+ cars prior), absolutely fantastic. Hope I can worth with them again in the future.

I purchased a Bentley from them and paid for shipping and tire protection and I was given a CERTIFIED car .... well that was NOT TRUE car arrived with wheel well damage and alignment issues , WORN TIRES and brake issues and had to fight and get an attorney involved to get it resolved . Then I traded car and canceled my tire protection . that I paid for .;; dealership got the check and cashed it and never refunded me . I called and emailed and no response at all !!!!!THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND ARE DISGUSTING . CALLED MANAGER AND GENERAL MANAGER AND NO RESPONSE !!!!!! DO BUSINESS WITH ANYONE ELSE NOT THEM!

We bought a brand new McLaren GT here today and i must say that this dealership employs some of the nicest and friendliest staffs. most especially, Nolan and Zack! These two fine young men truly embody the essence of McLaren and other luxury cars like Bentley, Rolls Royce and Lamborghini to name a few. They are both very vibrant and exuberant about the cars they sell. They represent this place real well, full of energy and with great youthful vibe. It was such a pleasure meeting both of them as we drove home with one of the finest luxury sports vehicle ever made.

Brought my 3 & 5 year old boys in with my wife today so they could see what these cars look like in person as we were visiting from out of town and enjoy watching YouTube videos of them from afar:-). We were so fortunate to have been greeted by Jacob who gave us a tour and let the boys sit in a car for a photo! What an amazing staff and beautiful fleet they have. I'm thinking I might have to cash in that 401k early haha.

I bought my 2017 Lamborghini Huracan from Nolan Reilly at O'Gara Coach San Diego and he was very professional the whole transaction and also made it a fun experience considering I am on the other side of the country. I called into the dealership on a Saturday and came to a deal with Nolan within the first hour of us talking. Nolan was very responsive and respectful. I give him a 10 out of 10 on across all aspects on buying a car! Sean Beardsley the F&I manager was also very responsive and easy to work with considering I am on the other side of the country.

Zach at O'gara was amazing. My wife and I showed up kids in tow without an appointment to take a look at cars. The plan was to see which exotic we like the best and purchase it a few months down the road. Zach willingly helped us and showed us the cars we were interested in. We had no pressure to buy and the service was amazing! We returned a month and a half later to purchase our car and had it transported down from Beverly Hills the next day! Great service, amazing people and awesome cars. What else could you possibly want?

Beautiful full selection of luxury and exotic cars here. Our family was peeking in the show room windows and deciding which would be the best fun car. Jacob and Patrick were super cool and friendly. They allowed the kids to look at the vehicles outside. Who knows, maybe they will come back and buy one someday
