This place is a wonderful combination of child care/preschool/play/ learning. Without getting long winded we have been so happy here the past year. The staff is loving and my son has thrived. Extended care and flexible pickup times are such a bonus. I just can't recommend it enough!

My daughter has been attending Northminster for a year now and we couldn't be happier with the teachers, administrators and experience that we have had. The staff are dedicated and loving, professional and organized. The school is clean and well maintained. The community is very supportive. We can't recommend enough.

My 2 boys loved every day of attending preschool here. The staff is super friendly and fun. They treat the kids like they are their own kids. The playground is clean and filled with lots of other activities to do, both playing and learning.
Northminster Preschool is a private Christian play based preschool that has been caring for children in Clairemont/UC for 50+ years. We provide a safe, nurturing environment for children ages 2-5. Through a variety of daily experiences, the child is offered creative expressions in arts and crafts, games, songs, math concepts, language, science, large/small muscle development activities. In partnership with parents and teachers, we strive to meet the social-emotional development of each individual child by building strong relationships and connections to aid in his/her social, spiritual, and emotional growth. We also have a large campus with two playgrounds and LOTS of outside space for children to play and develop large motor skills!
