Every time I go to this location there are about 6 or 7 people just standing around not helping anyone. They always try to press some kind of "service" that needs to be done. Also tried to charge an extra $50 for tire rotation. Only reason I go is they send me coupons.

San Diego loves Toyota...that's my conclusion after being on the search for the last 6 months. I haven't been able to test drive a Prius being that they get snatched up the second they're available. And what's worse is that other dealers have been adding a few grand extra to the sales price just because of that demand. So...you can imagine my surprise when I found the exact Prius I wanted, in stock, and available at Norm Reeves. AND it didn't have that artificial markup just because of its popularity.A quick few messages to Charlie the EV/internet sales guy and I was set up with a test drive which resulted in me making a quick deal on my new 2024 Prius. My commute hasn't felt better!Now all they have to do is tell pre-owned Tacoma prices to chill out and I'll come make a deal on one of those next!If you need an economical, well-made, and safe car look no further than Norm Reeves Toyota. And be sure to ask for Charlie.

Was looking to sell my car as easy/efficient as possible. I had a couple options to get my car loooked at. Arthur was the guy I met at Norm Reeves Toyota. He was very friendly and personable from the get go. Took the time to hear my considerations for why I wanted to sell. Took the car back and gave me a thorough rundown of where the offer would stand. Was willing to negotiate and was fair/transparent. Was a very seamless process. Happy seller!The building is very clean and open. If I were to consider a Toyota in the future I'd definitely stop by and reach out to Arthur.

This review is for the wonderful experience that I had with Christina Aliev while purchasing a new car this past week. Right from the start Christina was super friendly and approachable while also being very knowledgeable about the Rav-4 Hybrid that I was interested in seeing. We sat in the car, she offered for us to take it on a test drive, and we drove a nicely planned route that avoided most traffic in the area even though it was rush hour on a Friday. Christina's approach was exactly what I was hoping for - very factual about the car's features while not being pushy and giving us some space to come to our own decisions. When it came time to talking about the numbers it was clear that Christina understood that a good and fair deal benefits all parties involved, which is an extremely professional and mature approach. After a bit of negotiating we were able to reach a fair deal and I happily was able to purchase the exact car that I was hoping for without having to compromise any features. Once the deal was met, Christina informed us of our next steps and kept us updated, including time estimates, on how everything was coming along. When all the paperwork was signed, Christina met us outside and helped me pair my phone to take advantage of the features. We took a few pictures and I was able to drive the car off the lot in what felt like a very short time! To be honest, Norm Reeves Toyota was actually the first stop in my car search; I was really only going just to check out the car (which I had not yet test driven) and feel out the real-life pricing. I honestly thought that I was going to have a long and exhausting Saturday of driving all over San Diego County from dealership to dealership to try to get the car I wanted within my price range. I think I was still emotionally scarred from my previous experience buying a car 13-ish years ago from a different dealership where I had to deal with stereotypical male chauvinist salesmen who wouldn't even negotiate with me in person and when they finally did they started me much higher and refused to come down to a fair price. Seriously, I had a male friend call on the phone the same day to try negotiating (over the phone!) and they immediately started him at a price that was $3k lower than what they had started with me (this was one of the extremely few times in my life when I actually caused a public scene by telling a salesman that he was sexist and calling him out on the different prices). My experience with Christina was the polar opposite of my previous car buying experience and I cannot be more thankful. Christina made us feel so comfortable and it was literally like we stepped on the lot and then an hour or two later we drove away with a new car! Christina was extremely genuine and had no ego that got in the way of brokering a fair deal. I've been singing her praises to everyone I know and will definitely continue to refer people to her. Norm Reeves Toyota is lucky to have her!

I went on Kelly Blue Book (KBB.com) to get a trade-in quote for my Kia Forte. This triggered a message to all the dealerships near me. One of the first ones that contacted me was Norm Reeves Toyota. I chose them first and they immediately arranged an Uber to pick me up from home to get to the dealership. A car was ready for me in minutes. When I arrived to the dealership, I received an instant warm welcome from Arthur, who then took me to see Mike Hayner who was also very friendly and kind, and I felt an instant sense of trust with him. Mike was dedicated to helping me get a car and did not shun me due to my not-so-good credit and little to no down payment. Initially, I felt discouraged due to these factors but he hammered it out with lenders to get the best price to fit my needs. After going to bat for me for hours, he was able to secure a good loan for the car I wanted. I was so happy that he could help me when I felt no one else could. I was happy to sign that dotted line. After working closely with Mike I signed the documents and I was good to go. Even a few days after the sale, Mike was readily available to answer some of my questions. I'm so grateful to have a peace of mind with my new car because my last car kept breaking down and it was no longer safe to drive. In the end, I got the car I wanted most while being treated with respect and honesty. I highly recommend this dealership! It's the best I've worked with, and I've been to others where I was treated so awful (at Kia dealerships - don't ever buy a Kia!!). When it's time down the road I will return to this dealership to purchase my next car because I trust them. And trusting dealerships is rare but I assure you that you can trust them for all your vehicle needs. Norm Reeves truly cares about you and they treasure your business. Check them out!

I went to the dealer to look for one of their used cars and Christina Aliev approached me, she was so nice and helped me look all over the dealer for the car that was in service at the time, she was so helpful and patient being my firsts purchase, always giving me updates on the car while it was in service and got the deal done at the end, she even helped me get photos with the new and my old car, great experience overall working with Christina and the dealer, definitely look for her if you're going to Norm Reeves

Car was diagnosed with a wheel bearing and the front shock was leaking , they will charge each problem with car, other Toyota dealers wave this, but the big issue was they missed the lower tie rod that was loose that was causing the tire ware , what the car was brought in for, they could care less, but we’re very polite to take my $475

Michael Hayner at Norm Reeves Toyota sold me my Toyota BZ4X yesterday and I cannot say enough about his professionalism and respect for the customers time! I was out in less than 3 hours with my brand new EV! Michael is well versed in EV's and patient with my numerous questions! The test drive was easy and so fun.
