I love the new concept design and looks very spacious and trendy. Limited collection and better selection online.

2 stars because they have no small sizes and wasted my time going there. No kids or tween sizes. Great staff there, and tried to help as they could with no smaller size inventory.

They remodeled what was a great store into an outlet shop. Gross redesign. Awful for the brand.

I was looking for a certain shoe and didn’t know where to go. IAMONE provided the best customer experience. She not only searched for inventory in the Nike system but also guided me to the Nike Sneakers ? app. Truly an amazing in store experience. Make sure to promote her ASAP. She has leadership qualities.Thank you again Iamone from Nike

Took my daughter to get some shoes for school. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. We asked the staff for a shoe to try on. Do they look at any device to check inventory? No. Do they check the actual stock. No. They just say we don’t have that size. Ok. Fine. We will look for another shoe. Ask for another one. Same story. I’m sure they don’t know the inventory of the entire store by memory. No can we find you something else. No can we check another store for availability. It was very apparent that my daughter and I were not welcome. Thankfully they sell Nike shoes in tons of other stores in the same mall. Found some nice Jordan’s at another store

Called over the phone to get some information on a pair of Nikes that were suppose to be releasing and when someone picked up they immediately rushed through their intro to a point I'm not even sure what they said. And when I asked about the release all the person said was, I have no idea." I waited for a brief second to see if they would have a follow up response to see if they could check or ask someone who may know SOME information on my question but I the next thing after the pause was the person saying, "Alright have a good one", then they hung up.

Visited a couple of times during vacation. Theres not many sizes of the clothes in store since it's small and supposed to be hip. Some sweatpants my bf wanted had five 3xls and one 2xl, but no larges. Have the Nike app ready and open for when you check out

The Nike website has said the Fashion Valley store is temporarily closed for 7 days for a few weeks. I tried to ask both Nike and Fashion Valley on Twitter (DMs, public tweets) but no response. Here on Yelp it says it's temporarily closed UNTIL APRIL. That is months away. Fine, maybe they're renovating, but the absolute baldfaced lying on the Nike website, the absence of responsive communication on Twitter (by both Nike and the Fashion Valley Mall) is inexcusable. It also paints a very unflattering, non-service oriented picture of Nike, and demonstrates total disorganization and chaos. What a shitshow Nike seems to be!!

On-line experience but it's representing allOf Nike. Nike.com has successfully managed to sensor its reviews!Terrible customer service - yes it's a long story and 100 percent true. If you have an issue with your shoes don't believe Nike will make it right. I called because I had a defective shoe and it was causing pain in the arch of my right foot. The customer service was flawless or so I thought. I explained I had worn the shoes a few times and the pain was so bad I stopped. I went into extensive details the representative said no problem and sent me a prepaid shipping label. It was simple and easy. I received an email on January 18th that they received the shoes and my return was in process. I waited a few weeks and received no further emails nor my refund. I called today (February 6th) to follow up. I provided my order number and a few details. The representative put me on a short hold, when she returned she said the shoes were inspected and they declined my return. She added the shoes were sent back to me. I was shocked and proceeded to explain the situation in full detail. I was put on hold several times and told that I should receive an email soon with details and the shipping Information. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a few minutes she returned and said no one was available. She further explained the department did not find a defect. I replied saying the defect was in the shoe and hurt the arch of my foot. I asked how they inspected the shoe and if they had someone with my exact foot and shoe size try them on. She wasn't sure how they performed the inspection. I asked again for a supervisor. After holding a few minutes she returned and said no one was available. I couldn't believe the supervisor was refusing to speak to me. I explained how disappointing this was and that I've been wearing Nikes since my teenage years (I'm 45) and I've been in love with Air Forces since my first pair when my son was 2 (he's 20 now). I've never returned a pair in my life and I've loved all my air forces. The representative was sympathetic and tried to transfer my call however her supervisor once again refused. They Informed her they inspected my shoes at the highest level and I would have to wait for an email to communicate with the inspection department, they do not accept phone calls. I asked again if there was anyone I could speak to. She responded telling me how sorry she was and said each time I was on hold she begged them to take my call. I was beyond annoyed but I said I would wait for the email and write a review in the meantime. I'm anxiously waiting for the email detailing the inspection and how they came to the conclusion. I'm curious to know what kind of experts they have on staff, maybe it's a qualified podiatrist. I need to know how they determine if it's defective. I've been wearing my Air Force shadows for over a year and they are still extremely comfortable! Our family has been loyal to nike for years and spent thousands of dollars buying shoes, not any more. I can't describe how insulted and disappointed I am.

The busiest Nike store I've ever been to. It was bonkers and hard to find sizing for my daughter, my son and husband. We still love Nike of course!

It's a big store with decent athletic wear and shoes. They had a mannequin in the window with a pair of shorts on I wanted, but they didn't carry the clothes on display. ??♂️
