This place has changed ownerships a few times and I’ve had pretty good experiences but this week I went in for a mani pedi and I don’t remember her name but she has huge glasses and has been there forever did a really bad job. 1) used an electric file on a nail and made it too thin which hurt, 2) cut my nail and made it bleed, 3) literally hovered over me while I was paying I assume to ensure a good tip after awful service. Like I said this place is usually good, big glass lady — give a pass.

i love my nails. i have to have them a certain length and i gave her the inspiration and i’m in love! no crazy price especially for gel nails. i want to recall it was only 85? She was super nice! Also considering it was the day before the 4th of july, i was taken care of as soon as I came in. would highly recommend.

This has become my new go-to spot!! I never write reviews but I absolutely love Nancy, she takes so much care of my cuticles and always helps me find the right color. The prices are really fair for the quality of service, if you're looking for a nail salon this is the one!

I love New Nails. I have been coming here with my grandma for five years; they always do a great job. They really listen to what you want. I prefer to call to make an appointment, and they are always ready for us on time. They have complimentary beverages, too! Thank you, as always.

I had to run to the business next door, Mail Call, and I parked in the parking lot they share with the rest of the businesses in the strip, which just happens to be in front of New Nails. When I went back to my car, my car wouldn’t start. Obviously, my instinct is to call and take care of my situatioAfter just a few minutes, the owner runs out and screams at me to move. I opened my car door and told him my battery was dead and believe me, I don’t want to be stranded here. And he continued to tell me to move-at which point, I said AAA was on the way. Then I asked him if he had jumping cables and he said no. So he continues to glare at me through the window and unfortunately, there’s nothing I can do but wait and allow him to glare at me for what will probably be the next hour or so. So far, not a single person has walked in to get “New Nails” and there’s about 5 open spots around me. In the half hour this occurred, I watched the owner and his employee both walk out to their cars conveniently parked directly in front of the shop. Overall, the lesson learned here is that the needs of the owners are more important than the need of their prospective patrons and that their cars can take up an ample two spots in a very small parking lot and no matter what, they will not help, but continue to try to make you feel uncomfortable even though you are already in distress. Do not recommend. Came here on my vacation. Picture speaks a thousand words. I got the deluxe pedicure, this is 5 days later (photo). They cut my cuticles too deep and it's been hard to walk ever since. I will be going in for a refund tomorrow morning, they've been closed the last 2 days. Absolutely horrific experience.Update: they did not apologize or anything for cutting my nail too deep and took zero responsibility. The man gave me a $50 dollar bill and a nasty look to get me to leave. I should have been refunded $65. Do not recommend this place on vacation. I wasn't able to wear any of my cute shoes or anything.Update: it's been almost 2 weeks and it is still very painful whenever I walk and I cannot wear close toed shoes. (Video) If I lived in California I would definitely take legal action against this salon.

AMAZING! This is the only place I get my nails done at. It's so relaxing and clean. One of my favorite parts is when they bring you Vietnamese coffee. The owner is the nicest guy and is the best at doing your nails. I recommend him and this place to everyone. Parking is good. If you have some time in your day, I suggest getting your nails done, stopping by the gelato place a couple doors down, and sitting by the water.

An awful experience with a male technician. Rude, unprofessional service. And no skills to cut cuticles. I ended up with 4 nails bleeding. I was not offered any treatment of my bleeding cuticles until I asked. The technician even dared to ask for the tip. A week later - I have some infection and the healing is not going fast. Prices are high - same as in the best salons. But the service is way below what they charge.
