They went above and beyond to create an easy, hassle free car purchase. After visiting two other dealerships that wouldn't honor their internet price, or required purchase of warranty and theft deterance to get the sales price, I'm glad I found New Cars Inc.

This business sold me a vehicle off of their lot before they were legally allowed to. I found out 10 months after purchasing through them that my car was not in my name when I went to pick up personalized plates at the DMV. Shouldve gone straight to a lawyer but went back to this dealership instead, fuming. Kevin took very little accountability and gave me the run around each time I stopped by wondering when this would be resolved ("it's the pandemic, Covid has delayed everything"). I was met with "what do you want me to do?" after my 3rd visit. He somehow seemed pissed off and fed up with me for being pissed off and fed up with his business. It took them a week and a half to acquire the title to the car so that I could be legally drive it on the road. A 10 month "Covid delay" was actually just poor attention to detail, me getting lost in a stack of paperwork and being placed at a massive risk out on the road for that duration. I learned the hard way not to trust the used corner lot dealer. Dont make the same mistake I did. Pay the premium for better, proper service elsewhere.

I bought a 2013 ****** Sentra SV on October 15, 2016 from a guy named ************************* and the second one another 2013 ****** Sentra SV on June 24, 2020. In October of 2021, the first vehicle had trouble driving due to a transmission problem which is a major component and in April 2022 the transmission in the second Sentra failed. Both failed because of a faulty Continuous Variable Transmission which is a bad ****** design. I contacted both the dealer and ****** North America and both said it was out of warranty and would not repair the faulty transmission. ************************* referred me to his manager ************************* who told me that he couldn't do anything for a car that I had for 2 years making it seem like it was my fault when I did regular scheduled maintenance on the car and the transmission failure was a bad design. The problem is that both of these people knew there was a problem with the transmissions and it was a bad design and they sold me the car anyway. I thought they were good people when I did business with them but they're in face very bad people out to make a buck anyway they can and could not care less about the customers.

The representative, Diego, was great. Kept us up to date as car purchase proceeded throughout the entire process. Was accessable throughout by phone, text and email. Very personable and comfortable to interact with. Highly recommend for those who don't want to get entrenched in the live car dealership drama.

I was introduced to New Cars Inc via Wheelhouse Credit Union and buying a vehicle this way was completely new to me. I was hesitant and kept expecting something to be a letdown ... but the entire experience was amazing! Tom was GREAT! And I have never purchased a vehicle without the hard sell of additional options that always makes for that uncomfortable process after you have selected the vehicle that you really hope to be driving home that day. This time Tom shared optional services and products that are available and let me know that if I wanted to come back in the next week and add any of them, I could. No hard sell, no uncomfortable transition between test drive and driving away. I will ALWAYS buy my future vehicles through this same process and hopefully Tom will still be there to make sure it goes flawlessly as it did on my first purchase.

Had the pleasure of working with Hailey and I'm so happy I chose to buy my new car with New cars Inc! As a mechanical engineer I like to over analyze just about every part of my life so you rest assured that I did my research. I sold my car and rode my bike around for a year so I was in no rush to purchase a car and Hayley made sure to find me the perfect deal. She was very transparent, did all the haggling with the dealership and got me the exact car I wanted. They made sure to go above and beyond to make sure it was exactly what they promised and I can't tell you how happy I am with it. Waited a little bit to post this review as I'm just over 3000 miles on my new car. Things I want to highlight - Hailey was very professional - this family run business values all the details and makes sure you're not just another number in their queue - made the entire transaction so simple and painless - got me an incredible rate for my loan (sub 1%) - got me a car that has been out of stock for months for the agreed price - avoid dealerships at all costs brokers are the way to go @neeks93 on Insta

Complete waste of time! They told me to come in so they can look at my trade in. 2011 ford F150. They originally told me a price, and when I took the truck back 2 days later the price was significantly lower! There excuse was "depreciation"!!!! Of what 2 days, OMG this place is a scam!

Easiest car purchase I have ever made! Diego Rodriguez was absolutely awesome! I spoke to Diego over the phone on Wednesday May 19th to tell him what type of car I was looking for. Diego found the car I wanted in less than 24 hours. I literally drove off the New Cars Inc. lot with my new car on Thursday May 20th. I highly recommend New Cars Inc, they definitely save time and money......not to mention that pesky, "Let me talk to my manager" when you're at a dealership. Thank you so much Diego!

Mileage Roll Back... DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY'RE CROOKS! The mileage was rolled back on a vehicle I bought that they were tied to. They even showed me a fake car-fax report when I bought it. When I did my own Carfax report to get it ready to sell, that's when I discovered the mileage was different. The mileage in the past was higher... Now it's worthless! They changed a 9, to a 2 on the paperwork. So what looked like it had low miles actually had close to 200k miles on it!!!!!
