Terrible company who does not respond to issues
Have spent thousands of dollars with this company over the past few months. Now a package I ordered over a month ago (which they took 3 weeks to ship) gets lost (which I paid the insurance for), and they now don't respond to emails nor answer the phone since I've asked for a refund or a reship. Have had to file a dispute with my credit card instead. They have refused to refund the lost package (again, despite me paying for shipping insurance...which I imagine they just pocket) for over a week now.
Needless to say, will no longer be doing business with them.

I ordered a bottle of Garrison Brothers Laguna Madre 2023 bourbon prior to reading the reviews for the site. After reading the reviews I was worried that I had spent several hundred dollars and would never see my bottle; however, it was shipped and delivered well packaged to prevent breaking the bottle or the glass casing it came in. Thank you Nestor Liquor, I can’t wait to drink this on those occasions that call for the good stuff.
Update:
Placed two more orders, bought the Garrison Brothers Lady Bird and Honey Dew bourbon package deal and a bottle of Joseph A. Magnus Cigar Blend Batch #86. Received the Garrison Brothers package today with the Magnus coming mid week. The two bottles of Garrison were packaged well and arrived as ordered. Will update once I receive the Magnus bottle.
Second update, received the Joseph A. Magnus Cigar Blend. Bottle was the correct batch number and was well packaged to prevent breaking in shipping. Did not take photos of the packing for this one but had no issues.

Beware of this business. I placed an order for over night delivery on Friday. I emailed to make sure that the order would arrive by Monday. They never responded. So I cancelled the order when I did not arrive. Their online system said the the order had not be filled as of yet. Nestors charged me $180 for a restocking fee and shipping cost. None of which happened. Complete scam. When I called and finally spoke with someone he was Rude, unaccommodating and actually laughed saying this was all in the fine print. Terrible!

First and foremost, I saw the negative reviews and was leery. I figured I'd try something simple because, and I know this is hard to believe, but sometimes people leave negative reviews for something that was beyond the company's control OR they are just not nice people. So, I ordered a bottle of Crown Royal Blackberry. We can't get it in Missouri and it's I figured it wasn't going to break the bank or get me divorced if this turned out to be a scam. Much to my relief, the bottle showed up on my doorstep in under 2 weeks. I selected standard ground shipping so the slower speed was expected. Price point was about what I expected. Bottle was undamaged and just what I ordered. Packaging was great...no fear of breakage. I can't comment on returns because I am completely satisfied with my order. I'm glad I took the chance and will definitely be ordering again very soon without fear of sleeping on the couch! Thanks for a great experience!

Ordered weeks before father's day but my order was not shipped in time. I wrote and was told it would ship days ago & I'm still waiting. The only reply is they are busy and can't get them out on time but I can cancel if I can't wait. 4 days before I was supposed to give this as a gift.They gave me zero notice of this delay or seemed to care. Terrible customer service with Joseph. Do not recommend

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
Horrible customer service. They don’t care to properly package and ship glass bottles and stop responding when you ask them a question. I would have had a better experience lighting my money on fire than giving it to this company.

Complete garbage service.. ordered a class azul bottle with engraving. It arrived with no engraving and I was told it was my fault I hadn’t called and paid an extra 10 dollars over the phone, will never use again

**BUYER BEWARE** BOTTLES LEAK DURING SHIPPING AND THEY WILL NOT REPLACE OR REFUND. BOUGHT AVIATION GIN WITH DEADPOOL FOR FATHERS DAY AND IT LEAKED AND RUINED THE LABEL. WHEN I REACH OUT THEY SENT A GENERIC EMAIL THAT THEY DO NOT REPLACE AND IT IS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE WAY THE CAP IS MADE. THE GIN WAS ALL OVER THE BOTTLE AND IN THE BUBBLE WRAP.

Absolutely love this company! You can trust your bottle will be packaged right and delivered on time. I paid for 2 day air shipping and when it didn’t ship out the day they said it would, they still made sure it arrived the very next day, so essentially it was still like I paid 2 day shipping but received 1 day shipping. Bottle was fully intact. Not broken in any way. I always still recommend the insurance as most liquor companies don’t do that and blame the consumer for leaked or broken bottles, which is crazy as heck when the consumer is paying hundreds per bottle. I’m buying from this place again. I will say it’s more expensive than other companies, by like $100!… but if you want something on time and purchase covered, I’d recommend this company.

Sent wrong stuff. Took days to respond and then just told me to ship it back and sent packing slip. No apologies, no shipping materials. Didn’t even offer to refund me for additional cost for wrong bottle they sent. Horrible - will never buy for them again

Asad has great customer service. Not too sure about the rest of them. First and last time buying here due to driving over an hour to get there and not having the bottles I ordered. No discount or deal for inconvenience. Asad is cool tho.
