This place is definitely honest. I took 2 items in to see if they could be repaired. Veronica was very straight about the repair cost vs. the value of the items. In the end, bummed I went to pick up the items and pay them for their services and was charged $0
Lot to be said about honest business people now a days.

I took my ps5 to them because of a burning /ant problem. It was delayed because of their vacation and delayed from appointed day to pick up so I told them that I decided to go pick it up and take it to another shop on the next day. Next morning they called for pick up and said it was ready. I didn’t have a problem with the price but the lack of communication was an issue. They returned it to me with a wire sticking out of the bottom and more dirty than I had handed to them. After saying something, they fixed the wire and cleaned it. The repair seems to be well done. 3.5 stars ⭐️

They fixed what I needed at a good price but the customer service left some to be desired. I wasn’t ever called when my product was fixed and the welcome when you go in the shop is nonexistent

I decided to check out this place because it is close to where I live, and because my favorite tv repair guy closed up his shop. Something I didn't like about this place is their response to message request for quotes, took a day and a half for them to get back to me. Secondly they're not flexible meaning they don't go door to door to fix your tv, even if you sent pictures and described the conditions, they still required you to bring it in the store for an estimate which you have to pay a fee whether they could fix it or not, but they say it counted towards the repair cost. Finally I was able to make them give me a rough estimate via messaging, unfortunately the cost of fixing this backlight for the smart tv cost the same as you buying a new tv, so unless you have some sentimental value, I couldn't go on with the repair, I might think the authorized retailers could cost me more, but I will check them out.

I needed a small circuit board solder repair. Nerd Repair provided extremely fast, thorough, and professional service. I highly recommend this place for tiny circuit board connections.

I dropped off my Ps5 on a Saturday and explained the problem. They said they would look at it before they closed but I never heard anything from them. So then I waited for them to call me Monday but didn't and so I called them. When I asked for an update they said they were testing it by watching a movie. I never said that there was a problem with that so it was just a waste of time. The lady who helped me didn't even know how to turn the ps5 off so it was as if she never even worked on one. Overall this place was terrible and would not recommend it at all. There was very poor communication and they have people there who have no idea what they are doing. I would go somewhere where they have actual experience and know what they are doing. This isn't that place.

I came here for some help building a computer, the gentleman was super nice and extremely helpful. If anyone is unfamiliar and needs help with any tech stuff this would be the place to go. I will be recommending this place to all my friends.
