My company has been utilizing Natural Networks for several years now. I've been extremely impressed with everyone that I interact with. They are all competent and professional. I know that providing tech support can be a tiresome job, but the NN team always provides top-notch customer service. Lately, I’ve been interacting with Rogelio quite a bit, and he’s wonderful. I’ve also worked with Justin, Michael, and Amber on several occasions, and they’re all awesome to work with as well. Lisa is our team lead, and she ensures that our requests are always prioritized. The service that NN provides allows us to ensure we always have a team of technical resources so we can focus on our core business.

Natural Networks has been our phone vendor for 7+ years and internet provider for 3+ years. We haven't had any down time or service interruption in that time.
