Can't speak to their work but their drivers shouldn't be operating large vehicles. Not only did they illegally block the crosswalk making it unsafe to cross (there was time to do so before I took the first picture) but also attempted to turn right at a posted and unsafe no right turn in red. Saw the passenger point out the sign after seeing me taking the pictures.

What an awful experience! We bought an expensive cabinet and it fell apart immediately. Their customer service agent was arrogant and rude We will never be back

Update: Nativa has been working with us today to resolve our issue. Once we receive our barstools I will update my review. Due to their help today I have updated to 4 stars from 2.I am deeply disappointed in the service. I ordered bar stools several months ago. They have been ready for a month now. But I have yet to be contacted by the warehouse for delivery. They took my final payment. I was told that the warehouse sale is taking place now. They do not have time to contact me.

The best part of my experience with Nativa Interiors was delivery.They kept me posted. They did what they said they would do. Jose and Alfonso did a great job from start to finish. Delivery cn oftn be stressful. Not at Nativa.

This was our first time shopping at Nativa and the sales people were incredibly friendly and helpful! The delivery team was incredibly communicative and on time and helpful. The delivery team was also very clean and left the area very clean! We love our new couch and we love that they made the process so easy.

I visited Nativa over 2 months ago. A friend and I took great care to select fabric samples for one of the upholstered headboards. I picked 3 samples to have sent to me. I have never received the samples nor hear from the company. I am very disappointed.

I recently received a California King Bed that I ordered from Nativa. The quality of the bed is amazing and their customer service was excellent. They were communicative and delivered the bed on time and assembled it in my room of choice. I highly recommend shopping in these beautiful stores if you're looking for high quality furniture!

Buyer Beware! We recently moved into a new house and have spent approximately $20,000 with Nativa and the experience has been very unpleasant due to constant miscommunications and after the fact billing surprises. We regret having done business with them and will never buy from them again
