Keith is awesome! He truly provides excellent customer service and works in a very timely manner. He will work for you and make sure that you are optimizing all the benefits you can receive. Also, provides feedback that is needed to make good decisions on all policies the company offers. I have been with this company for almost 5 years.

I've been trying to drop a motorcycle policy with this agency for the past 10 months. Every month since requesting since march of 2016 I have been charged for this policy. Never received a refund, always assured it is corporate fault. I called the corporate office and they let me know my agent would be able to help me. I think not. Not sure who is running the office over there, but this is not customer service.
